The positive I've found: 1. Fridges in the apartment were clean. Didn't find any other pros. THE ISSUES I encountered are as mentioned below: 1. The very first issue I've encountered was the denial of online reservation. They denied because of the low tariff issue of the Yatra app. Why customer should suffer all these things since it's the issue between hotel and apps. 2. After paying extra money, the receptionist asked whether you need to check the room and I said "No, whatever it is I'm staying" (expecting it'll be little similar to photos from google). After I said, i saw the receptionist changed the key and gave the service guy to guide us to the room. He then guided me to the back of the hotel where some constructions were going on. The route to room were very unhygienic and smelled like septic tank has broken. 3. The room they provide was worth nothing more than a 300 lodge room. The wall was leaking and floor was full of water. The smell I've mentioned in point 2 was in the room also. THE FIRST IMPRESSION WAS TOO BAD. There was no table or locker was available, the leg of the bed was broken. Iin bathroom, multiple waste pipes was visible which were coming from other locations. We just left the room immediately without even taking single picture. (If the hotel have any objection, please upload pictures of room no. 1) 4. I informed the reception that I need to change the room. They suddenly called the service guy who was there and gave another room key like they were expecting us. And the male receptionist was yelling at the service guy for not cleaning the room, even though the issue was not about cleaning the room but the building was leaking, the service guy suffered all those yelling. I'm not sure whether he yelled at the service guy or on me, they spoke in hindi that I don't know . 5. The service guy took us to the second room(103-c). This was an apartment like photos in google. Only structure is like in google. The room was very much unhygienic. The curtains have stains everywhere (refer the uploaded picture). The plugs and switches near bed were broken, none of the switches or plugs were working and they were unscrewed exposing outwards.

Do not book through OYO...they will cancel it
