La Paulo's Beach Resort

The place was located at a place where it is almost accessible to many famous places. Even the restaurants were very close to this place. The size of the rooms were pretty small but enough to accommodate a person of two. The service was excellent though , they provided whatever we asked for like hair dryer etc.. The pool was maintained cleanly and we had a blast there. Some of the cons. is that there is no proper hot water supply, like only in few rooms we received hot water and felt like they should have added a complimentary breakfast for the amount that they are receiving.

La Paulo's beach resort made my family trip so relaxing.Initially the resort felt like a couple friendly but all the staff made our stay comfortable with my infants.I stayed there with my in-laws and two kids.From providing Boiled water for baby food to arrange Cab,they are very supportive. The resort is in walking distance from Morjim beach which is already considered a peaceful beach. Last but not the least I am very thankful to the kitchen staff for his humble service, provided Homely food (customised North Indian Food) as my in-laws are diabetic.He was so considerate. The stay was really good, the staff were nice and polite. Must stay here. The only cons is pools will be closed after 10 pm and they don't entertain outside food or drinks. Although you can bring it but inside the room as they will not serve you the plates. But honestly must stay here, it's peaceful and the staff behaviour is really nice.

I had booked four rooms at La Paulo's Beach Resort for the dates 21-24 November 2024. The reservation was made through Mr. Rohit Thakur (9009800809), who mentioned they had a large corporate booking and only four rooms left. Based on this, I paid Rs. 5000 as an advance. The booking confirmation was later sent via email by Mr. Kanhaiya (7372812539).||Until the evening of 18th November, everything seemed fine. However, on 19th November, I received a call from Mr. Ankur Singh (8860584327), who informed me that my booking had been canceled due to heavy rains in Goa that required urgent repair work at the hotel. I expressed my concerns about finding alternative accommodations on short notice, especially given the potential cost, but my request to retain the booking was denied.||I also requested a video call to verify the situation at the hotel, which was not accommodated. Upon further inquiry, I learned that there had been no heavy rains in Goa over the previous week. Meanwhile, my attempts to reach Mr. Rohit and Mr. Kanhaiya between 19th and 20th November went unanswered, both via calls and messages.||Regarding the refund of my advance payment, Mr. Ankur repeatedly delayed the process, promising to transfer the amount at different intervals from the evening of the 19th to the 20th. Finally, the refund was processed on the night of 20th November around 9 PM.||The situation led me to believe that my rooms may have been reallocated to the corporate group for a higher rate. While I am glad the refund was eventually processed, the experience was stressful and disappointing.

The rooms are well neat and clean and come with AC and fan you will get the wifi over there as 5G beach is 500m away from resort swimming pool is cleaned every morning and 500m you can find the Lakshmi grocery and place is little quiet to enjoy the nature

Very bad hospitality, there were small insects in room. In bathroom you will find frogs. I stayed full night where pesticides where there. The brother of the owner doesn't know how to talk. I suggest all the member not come

It's very far away from the main market place. All the shops nearby this place close by 8-9pm. Food places are also far away from here. Never booking this place again.The swimming pool cannot be accessed after 8pm. The rooms are so tiny and so close to each other that everything and every chit chat from the nearby rooms can be heard. Not at all a peaceful place. The staff here is very polite on the first two days of the trip and then they start showing their true colours and are very rude and disrespectful. Not worth spending 3-4 days here!!

It's has combination of rooms for Singles, Groups and few rooms for couples on first floor. Even they have beds for beg packers. Affordable and It's around 200 mtrs from Beach. A small pool as well.
