Most importantly, room is exactly same as shown in websites. Neat n clean tidy room. Linen also good. Room service ok. Breakfast quality manageable but not very good. Very close to main market and bus stand but no noise. KFC Pizzahut walking distance. Staff is very cordial and happy being here who said that the owner Kiran n Preeti treat them like family. Owner Preeti is also very down to earth n friendly so-are the receptionist lady and boy Shiva. Keep it up

We stayed for a week end of Jan 2025. The room was neat and clean. The room service, receptionist, and the owner were very good, helpful, and courteous. The breakfast and dinner in the restaurant (Ranteli) was very good, including the restaurant staff. I will highly recommend both the hotel and the restaurant. The restaurant (Ranteli) food was way better than some of the other restaurants in Goa that we ate at during our stay. Great Service, Excellent cuisine, helpful staff, clean and tidy rooms. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in SaiKiran Tower. Will definitely go again :)

This hotel is just next to garbage dumping or burning ground, day and night smoke from burning garbage comes to room. Plastic fumes make it very difficult to even breath in room . Overall hotel is good rooms and service.

Rooms are very good and clean. Room service is very good but restaurant service and food taste is very poor . I've booked your hotel for 3 nights and 3 rooms but restaurant morning breakfast or night dinner everytime food service and taste is very poor. I order for dinner chicken changezi and chicken tikka masala both tastes similar. Some food has less salt some has salty in taste. If you improve your restaurant service then it's 5 star in all point of view.

Great place to stay. The staff and the owner are very down to earth, ready to help. Must visit rooftop restaurant for authentic goan food(raanteli) locality is such, that it has all amenities surrounding itself

This is a good place to stay. If you have work in the city. Priti and shiva at the reception are extremely helpful and cordial. This is a safe place for solo women travellers or for a family. The market is 1 minute away. Bus stand 1 minute away. Extremely good location.
