XEC Residency

Rooms are maintained in top class condition.. Very clean.. Staff were very kind and service was very good

Xec residency is an 8 year old building, well cleaned and good staff. But photos are misleading, they rent just one bedroom with attached bathroom. Sofa and balcony are all outside the rooms as part of shared common area. Most of the things not well maintained, both bedside lamp and tv did not work, ac broken but works. Fan works only on speed 1. They serve breakfast at 65 rs and meal at 135 rs but have only one option as per the day of the week. Sunday-Poha, Monday-paratha, Tuesday-idli etc.. same for meal, just one dal and one sabji as per the day of the week. And this is in isolated location so mobile signal is poor and need to solely depend on the wifi.

Location is pretty cool Nice property for a relaxed weekend with family and friends. Budget friendly as well

Loved the stay here. Rooms were neat and clean. Far away from any happening places, but we found it best suited as we had to be a venue very close by. Overall experience was really good. Staff were friendly and rooms were spacious. Property also has Parking space.

:Greedy receptionist, :there is no service at all, :bedsheets , curtain, towel, washroom not clean, :our room was near their kitchen and there was full of bad smell in the room as they were dumping all the food waste without cleaning plates. :additional water, coffee etc will be available only on the 4/3 rd floor and no room service available. :we have booked through ease my trip app and they have not provided provision for review. Worst experience ever.

Had a great experience here. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Though we had come for an event, most of our requests were considered and Royd the manager accommodated everything with a smile. Truly a great spot to stay and explore Goa.

Great staying at XEC. Maria is a great host a warm, lovely lady. We had a very comfortable stay. The rooms are clean, bed's comfortable, there is a lot of common space as well. The washrooms are little smaller though but it was not a great inconvenience.
