Whenever we think of Goa, the first thing that comes to mind is peace, and to enjoy this peace, it is important to sleep in this hotel, because the hotel is a little different from the city and the atmosphere here is very good, And the employees here are very friendly.I came from Assam and stayed here for a day, and after receiving their service, I felt it was very important for me to give a review. Old hotel with poor maintained. Better to avoid stay there.. for this price you will find many hotel at Margao.

Best hospitality is given by them. Very polite and decent staff , clean rooms and attached restaurant is also nice , overall this is best.

One of the oldest hotels of south goa . Very well maintained .

The staff is very rude. We had booked a non AC room and had informed the staff that the guests would be coming to only use the washroom as we had family function. However, the staff did not allow our guests and snatched the keys from the guests. This was very humiliating.. the staff is very aggressive. Not at all a family friendly hotel...

Hotel is not well-maintained, with a noticeable lack of cleanliness. The staff members appear to be unprofessional and sometimes rude. It seems that they could benefit from basic training in hospitality. Additionally, the breakfast quality leaves much to be desired.

Very nice rooms in affordable price. There are family rooms containing 5 or so beds. The staff is very well behaved and co-operative. They have wifi facility. Complimentary breakfast was also available for us and that too quite tasty. The location is very beautiful. It's a little outside of the city because of that the place is very peaceful and in natural environment. I really enjoyed my visit there.

I check in in the hotel today on 8th February 2023. The check-in time is 1 p.m. I checked in at 11 a.m. the room was available. Check-in took 5 minutes. Receptionist was helpful. Pros- 1. Towels are smooth. 2. Cons - But the room is in a bad shape the 1. AC and TV remote is missing 2. Room has multiple entry and exit, hence no privacy 3. Linen is stained & torn. 4. No provision of water in room no bottled water/Water flask 5. Big issue of hot water , shower is not functioning properly, mostly it is jammed 6. cigarette buds inside bathroom which is very disturbing and annoying for a non-smokers. 7. No provision of telephone in room. For any queries you have to climb down three floors Over of overall cleanliness 3 out of 5. Overall room amenities 0 out of 5. Go only if there are no options.
