The worst hotel room I have ever stayed in. The couple who own the hotel have a terrible attitude. The room was very dirty, not clean at all, and they didn't provide any toiletries. Their behavior was aggressive, and they were always arguing. The price for the room was not worth it. If you're planning to come to this place, I strongly advise against it. Choosing this hotel was a bad decision, and I felt very disappointed. Please don't make the same mistake I did. If I can give negative review, I will give this property -5

WORST PLACE EVER TO VISIT. So, I visited with my parents and it was not good. My mother was afraid of lizards and in the bathrooms there were two lizards. Many mosquitos in rooms, and ton of ants in the bathroom. Also the T.V was so bad it didn't had main channels. If we don't talk much about tv still there's no facility of water, tea etc also the flush and jet are so slow. So moreover, if you are scared of lizards, or dislike hygiene do not come also, we said them to mosquitos spray and lizard spray but they didn't . PLEASE DON'T COME WITH FAMILY OF 3 OR 4 PEOPLE YOU WILL REGRET. PLZ DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AS WE DID. Review by: Aaryan,Ashalata and Abhay Kelkar

Stay Goa rooms look like railway dormitory 2nd floor owner Vinod ji Firstly you visit this area they are sweet but after payment done there tone change but it's ok to say one night because this location so close to the madgaon railway station that's why we are stay there only one night I suggest Do not go to this place if you are with family One thing I like they decorate this place nicely Overall ok type place If you adjust

Rating -1 for all the above We have booked on February for our vacation on May. At the time the owner spl. Mr. Vinod Natkarni was so polite n courteous (as we say in Hindi Bakra fasao). But the moment we have reached their tone has taken complete U turn. 1. The room was not ready though we have prior reminded them. 2. Though we have asked for western style washroom at the time of booking they were forcing my aged parents to take Indian style one. 3. As you can see the condition of the 3 beds room. It is look like a dormitory. A dinghy room where you can't put your stuff. 4. No leg space. 5. No dressing table or even a normal table. We put most of our stuff in beds or in window sill. 6. There is only one bulb for the entire room and one loose charging point. You need to give extra support to charge your electronic devices. 7. Bathroom is so tiny. It is made inside the room so make it both smaller (you can see the bathroom wall in one of the pic). 8. We have stayed 4 days but Noone had come to clean the room or washroom. 9. There is no servants/helpers we have to carry our heavy luggage ourselves in their first floor rooms via staircase. 10. Mr. Vinod Natkarni was demanding payment will remind you a bouncer of collecting EMI of loans. 11. No drinking water supply. So spent huge amount of money on that. All in all in the name of basic facilities this place gets a big zero. So if one is coming for work related issues/cheap fun etc, this may be OK option but not for the family. My senior citizen parents were suffering like this, is not a pleasant memory. So book here at your own risk. Don't make the same mistake as we did.

HE IS ALSO Artist HE SHOW ME HIS PAINTINGS VERY GOOD AND OUTSTANDING... ROOMS ARE GOOD FOR BOYS GROUP.. FAMILY NEED SOME EXTRA PRIVACY... KAM RATE ME ISSE ACCHA WO BHI GOA ME NHI MILTA.. PLUS 500M WALKING DISTANCE FROM MADHGOAN STATION..IN GOA PEOPLE ARE VERY RUDE I MET THIS GUY HE IZ SO POLITE AND HUMBLE...

Worst Experience. The owner uncle was very nice at the time of booking. But his attitude fully changed when we reached there. Arrogant and Disrespectful Owner Uncle. Also he scammed us for the tempo traveller tickets.

Worst experience....bad man ..very rude, arrogant,really bad behaviour . It is not a hotel it's look like local compartment . Don't go there..

I made an online reservation via booking.com for 1 night and received an booking confirmation. The day before arrival I sent a message to the hotel, just to reconfirm my booking and to ask if everything is ok. The Hotel informed me that they are fully booked and that my booking has been cancelled. That means, the hotel ignores my online booking. This is about not reliable and not trustworthy.|If I place a booking and have a booking confirmation, how can they cancel the booking without informing me immediately? This a very bad behaviour.
