The best budget hotel in madgaon. Rooms are clean, it's good

Really wrost experience faced in This hotel. Was booked this hotel for almost 15 days. But having bad experience about the staff and services. When we are asking for WiFi, said no WiFi available but while booking it's clearly mentioned that wifi is available. Second TV recharge, really wrost about this on last weekend wanted to view the cricket match but no recharge available. This was my bad experience to stay in this hotel. Points need to check before booking this 1. Parking not available., ( No safety) 2. WiFi not available 3. TV recharge not available 4. Room service not available 5. Restaurant was closed any time. 6. While booking they will offer the complementary breakfast but no one is offering this in hotel.

Good and clean rooms.. Close proximity to the stadium.. Restaurant serves real good food. Service was decent.

A budget friendly hotel gives the good accommodation for all the groups and the individuals who are planning to go to South goa the staff is good and the standards are cool enough.. For the tourists .. I give a suggestion for the food is the only restaurant food is very tasty and cost is too economic so everyone can have a great meals..

Really wrost service. Only manager is giving the excuses about the service. But really was disappointed about the service that wasn't faced in my life. No one is ready to clean the room. Also they are threating about your From outside and rude behaviour faced From the receptionist available at evening.

I have visited 1st time in this hotel. People of this hotel is very helpfull and rooms are so clean and maintained on daily basis. Phone and mini refrigerator are available in the room. Taxi facility also available at hotel. Resturent ,ATM , fuel point and bike & car on rent all of these are available near to this hotel distance about ten(10) meter. Particular mobile charging point has not available in the room.

The hotel is situated around 4-5 kilometers from Madgaon Railway Station where there is easy availability of cabs and rikshaws, privite bikes are available on rent by day basis from around 300-500 RS (5-10$) depends on the season and availability. Hotel Surya is registered under OYO rooms but the I booked it privately from other hotel booking site through OYO complementary breakfast is provided as per their policies. Rooms were quite clean and we'll ventilated and WC was tidy as well, dedicated restaurant of Surya hotel is under renovation so can't really tell about the food and other facilities but alcohol was available on request with variety of stuff in the alcohol menu. I requested for pickup and drop but still as it was way costly I didn't found it worth to choose so hired private vehicle as per my suitability. Room service and staff members were assisting well and helped a lot.

We had a pleasant experience over here. It wasn't very crowded. The staff was very polite and attentive. We had veg food today and it was pretty good. The rates were not very high either. Overall we were happy while coming out from here.
