Ginger Goa, Madgaon

I had a good experience staying here. Staff was polite. Good food. Room was good. I was welcomed and treated very well. You might have parking issues but it is the area and not anything to do with hotel. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

For the cost the room, we would say value for money. However the loaction of the property is not that great. The rooms were clean though. The air conditioning wasn't efficient and the exhast in the washroom was not working. Side table on both side of the bed with electrical sockets are needed. The car parking on the first floor is tight and the slope of the access ramp is steep, new drivers will find it hard to park.

It's a Ginger. That's it. I've been a fairly regular traveler to Goa. This time I stayed at Ginger. It's bang opposite to the backside of Madgaon railway station. So it comes with perks of being close to station and the downside is, there's a lots of things always happening the moment you step out. Rooms are standardized to Ginger specks. So not to worry. I found it reasonably comfortable for an overnight stay. The receptionist boy who checked me in and another girl who attended the check out, both were efficient, smiling, courteous and professional in their conduct. There's a mini seat out area with a tiny library that I found interesting. They have an adjoining restaurant that serves okay okay food. Overall, I found the experience to be okay. Nothing special other than close vicinity to the railway station. And of course the chaos outside. If I'm looking for a good Goan vacation, I'll rather go to near the sea, but if I just need a few hours of rest before I catch the train, I'll prefer this one.

Located at a prime location, on road, close to madgaon railway station. Room is neat and clean Washroom is clean although a bit small. Room service is good. Food is very tasty and much affordable rate about 300-400/person.

Located at 100m from Madgaon Station. Ideal for traveler with train schedule. Good experience with Ginger. Staff (Riju, Samiksha and Pradeep were very helpful). Rooms are neat and clean although washrooms are bit small. Overall it's a good option with excellent hospitality.
