Hospitable staff, particularly lady receptionists. They were affectionate to my kids and us. The food wasn't to our taste, but the ambience was good. The location of the hotel is alright and they helped us get taxis. I'd recommend this hotel to friends.

Room was clean and food was excellent. Authentic Goan food. Only problem was too many mosquitoes in the room. The reception gave a mosquito repellant but it was not at all effective. Also the front desk staff need training. When we reached the hotel, Mr. Pai was very cooperative and helpful but his assistant was very hesitant and confused when we asked for extra bedsheets/pillow for extra person(which was included in the agreed tariff).

Hotel room : 5 star. Great room. Neatly kept. Everyday they change towel decoration style. Staff : 3 star, although they are courteous, they don't know tourist attractions, don't guide, don't have any decent cab service (the 2 contacts they have are utterly roguish). Internet : 0 star, they have a WiFi which is pathetic.. Our mobile broadband is far better. Restaurant : their restaurant is decent. Breakfast : 2 stars. No coffee served. Out of 3 options none are good. bread or misal paav or corn flakes. Accessibility : its in madgaon.. In a confusing location. Location: 2 stars. They havent advertised as oyo hotel. No signboards. The one at Aquem intersection points to wrong oyo hotel. Considering the price and the room quality, it's still worth it if you have a private vehicle for commuting.

For 1000 for a night for a room for 2 people, I would say room was really good and the restaurant adjacent to this hotel made the stay even more pleasant. The other plus point is the hotel being very close to the madgaon railway station, so, it is perfect place to spend the night if you have to catch an early morning train. Talking about the room, the room was cozy, AC was working fine, bed was comfortable, bathroom was tiptop, and TV also present. All in all really good for the price.

We stayed here on 10 & 11 Jan 2019. It is located very near to Madgon railway station. The front desk is very cooperative. The check in was smooth. The rooms were well appointed, clean & neat. The toilet bath was nice clean. The breakfast was not up to the mark.

1.I booked 2x classic room but manager was forcing me to stay in single x small congested room as it was only single occupancy (such and irritating and foolish logic). 2. LIFT not working from ground floor. 3.AC working very slow. Took couple of hrs to cool the room. 4. Complimentary breakfast pathetic quality. 5. Although the room decor , surroundings , cleanliness, hygiene, and toiletries very good but service not prompt.

Excellant hotel in South Goa ......excellent food, Clean, best service ....just feel Jephson Hotel of Brisbane, Australia.||||I was visited at night without booking, before visited i search some hotels near by area but they are not good, cleanliness & not for good reputation. ||||This hotel is very close to Madgaon railway station., ||||Very co-operative staff, they provide us very best service, and also they allow us to extend check-out time still 3.30 pm without any extra charges. ||||I would like to recommended to everyone as well as international visitor also. ||||Thanking you for help me when i was visited with my family at night. ||||Thanking you 22 Suits staff and Temraid restaurant staff. ||||Best regards, ||Santosh Pawar

The review is going to be little larger, apologies for that. ||||1.Check-in: The very first day when I entered the hotel, it was 11 pm in the night. The check-in was very smooth. Hardly took a minute.||||2.Room: When I entered the room, my god I was literally speechless. So much space, sofa, king size premium bed, glass in the bathroom, private balcony.. what more I can ask for? ||||3.Breakfast: The very next morning, I went for the breakfast. It was self service breakfast. They have a restaurant called The Tamarind in the ground floor. The breakfast was served there.||The breakfast menu is way more than enough. Like seriously who cook 10 items in breakfast? Awesome no? Trust me dude, it isn't called breakfast, more like lunch + breakfast included. ||Another awesome thing is, they have different menus for every other days. I used to call(phone) my mom and tell her what was there in breakfast today.||||4.Behaviour: Trust me dude, I have been to many hotels earlier in my life but they got something special in them. The guy called Sushanth, always used to keep a smile on his face. All of the workers were very decent, polite and down to earth.||||Don't know the name of the lady who once served me plates and bowl in the mid night with a smile on her face. A very nice behaviour.||||And the guy who always used to play nice songs in the breakfast table. Bro your playlist just rocks. It used to make our morning so good. ||||Another guy from whom once I asked for a cloth to clean my bike, he instantly came with a cloth and started cleaning the bike himself, I told him I will do it myself, but he was like "no sir, it's my duty". These small things matters a lot. ||||5. Foods: I used to order foods from Zomato, swiggy, dominos and what not. Usually many hotels do not allows outside food but they never uttered a word against it. ||||6. Bike rental: Again Sushanth helped me here to get a bike on rent, which made our trip extra awesome. ||||7. Surrounding: The area got everything, from medical store to kirana shop to mandir to church to wine shop :P ||A decent and very peaceful area. ||||8. I used to get vives like I am in my house, the surrounding, the place, their behaviour was like that. They used to treat us like any other family members.||||9. The hard part for me was the last day of my trip. I got tears on my eyes when I was leaving my room. All of the memories I spent there were revolving in my mind. I was emotional there. Again Sushanth came till the door to see off us. ||||10. Thanks for making our trip so awesome, so cozy, so pocket-friendly.
