We were skeptical in the beginning but the first encounter made us comfortable. They accommodated our luggage so that we could spend half a day roaming around the city. Very warm welcome. The location may not be great but it is close to the Madgaon railway station, yet a bit away from the railway lines. On the other side, it's well connected to the road where one can find buses going to KTC bus stand and restaurants etc. On another side, it's near a market where one can find veggies, fruits and restaurants or other things. The room was splendid. Very clean and organized. The window AC was pretty good and strong. There's even a TV in the room. There is almost everything that one may need. Very attentive staffs and helpful in giving suggestions as well. We really enjoyed our simple and comfortable stay.

The experience was really nice including the services provided by them it was worth the price , rooms and bathroom were clean and spacious. The rooms were comfortable with AC . The location of this lodge is in the middle of the city which will be very convenient for us travel.

Worst experience. Booked AC dormetory thru Agoda. Full of bed-bugs and not able to sleep. Raised the issue to manager midnight; they show no responsibility; they say that even if cleaned, bed-bugs keep coming and so they ignored; Later after argument, they offered a stay in Non-AC dorm. The non-AC dorm had foul smell and not clean. This place is highly not recommended. Will not come here again even if offered for free!

I took a dormitory and it charges 350 per day for 4 days it charges 1400/- Bathroom and toilets are Very neat and clean wifi is also available for every bed one fan available total 8 beds in a dormitory near to madgoan railway station walk 800m 24 Hrs Open

Don't be decieved by the outside of the property. Inside the rooms are as advertised and worth the 1500 with tax included I paid. Much better than some I've paid that money for. The Aircon worked and is new. Secure parking. The bedding is clean and the pillows are clean. Well done we will be back. Great place to stay longterm. The wifi works well and the TV's have good channels. This place is well maintained and managed. We have been bikepacking india and it's a welcome break to have nice lodgings. There is also a beer shop 30 seconds away!

Stayed at the non AC dorm for 4 days. Beds are clean. Washrooms are clean as well. The best part is the people at the reception, they are always welcoming, smiling and ready to help you. Hot and cold water available for bathing. Drinking water available. Lockers available after you pay a refundable deposit of 200.Near the railway station, walking distance. Local transport and bike rental services available nearby. Very convenient place to stay, worth every penny. Will surely revisit again in future. One suggestion, especially in the non AC dorms if the number of fans are increased it may help during warm weather. Thank you for the stay.

I called these people for an enquiry. He was soo rude to give a proper reply. When I asked him a question 2 times without understanding what he told first- He replied " Don't you understand English" . Im so glad I called them before booking a room. Such a horrible experience to talk to them.

I had a great stay at this hostel dormitory. The rooms were very clean, and all the facilities were excellent. The front desk staff Mr Edwin was incredibly helpful.Highly recommend!
