Room was really good 24 hours hot water but there are many lizards

Very bad Experience and poor room quality, we doesn't sleep well it's disgusting bed bugs all around, don't recommend for family

My stay at Good Shepherd in Goa was nothing short of extraordinary - and by that, I mean it was an experience I'll remember for all the wrong reasons!Let's kick things off with the room. The moment I walked in, I was greeted by a delightful aroma that can only be described as a blend of mildew and despair. It was truly a sensory overload! Who needs fresh air when you can have a room that smells like it's been sealed for centuries?The staff? Wow, just wow. I've never met a group of people so dedicated to ensuring guests get the full experience of being completely ignored. Their rudeness added that special touch, making me feel like I was intruding on their personal time by simply existing.And the bed - oh, the bed. Not only was the bedsheet a masterpiece of questionable stains, but the bed itself serenaded me with every movement. A creaking symphony that made sure I never forgot I was lying on a relic from the past. To top it all off, the ceiling decided to join the fun by leaking just enough to keep things interesting. Nothing like a bit of indoor rain to keep you on your toes!In conclusion, if you're seeking a truly unique experience where comfort is optional and adventure is guaranteed, Good Shepherd is the place for you. Just be sure to bring a nose plug, a thick skin, and perhaps an umbrella for those indoor drizzles. Enjoy your stay - if you can!

The room and facilities available are great for the price range of 800rs per night. The room service and cleanliness of the room is not the best point of the service. They are available throughout the day and you can check in anytime.

Bad experience we have been there, the owner or manager's behaviour was so rude with customers. They don't even bother to answer your questions with smile. They dont provide any facilities. Hygiene was not proper, toilet bulbs & Jet sprays weren't working, no hot water was available. I would suggest you to add some hundred bucks more and hire a better hotel.

worst service ever.. Asked for a water bottle, guy in the reception said he will deliver it after finishing his dinner. Very dirty rooms, found hair in the room. Even the price was too expensive for what they provide

Good shepherd residency is a low class hotel. I think there is no regular maintenance in any area. Rooms are not well cleaned. Bed sheets and pillows are not upto the standards. Bathroom needs regular maintenance. It is located just 1 km away from the railway station.

Badly we taken rooms here,summer at right time to face,heat and anxiety tuffly we faced that day,however not residency, the summer time ,OK thank you have a great day urs.
