Club Mahindra Resort - Acacia Palms, Madgaon, Goa

We're thrilled to return to Club Mahindra Acacia Palms for the third time! This visit was special - the resort had transformed into an all-women resort, and it was a delight to experience.||The check-in was seamless, and the lovely ladies were always available to assist us. The restaurant, managed entirely by women, served delicious food with warm smiles. Chef Vaibhavi's dedication stood out - she visited each table, took feedback, and accommodated requests with a smile.||Other staff members who made our stay memorable include Raksha with a good deal on food and being so helpful, Pooja, Swathi and all other staff from restaurant. || Thanvi Nair from the Happy Hub, who kept our kids engaged and happy.||What struck us most was the efficiency and capability of the women staff. They handled everything with ease and warmth. We had gone there for a short break and it was an amazing decision to choose Acacia Palms. The most relaxed holiday we have had in quite some time. The service rendered by the team is commendable. We had a small issue with the AC unit in our room and when we took it to them, they handled it so well. First they tried fixing it and when that didn't work out, they immediately provided us with alternate room. And the food was too good. Not too heavy on the stomach yet flavorful. For the 4 days that we stayed we noticed there was variety in the menu. I was particularly fond of their detox water and the fresh juices - especially their carrot and cucumber juices. They had a well equipped games room as well. Overall a great place to relax with family. Club Mahindra, treasure your team at Acacia palms. The resort is beautiful with a lovely garden having lots of benches to relax on. The beach is at 2 minutes walk. Can hear the waves from our balcony. Rooms are spacious and clean. TVs need to be upgraded. Pool is nice. We only had breakfast at the restaurant and that was ok... good. Superb location.

Great hotel for the first visitor . Just arrived from the vacation. The staff is super friendly and nice , and caring, the food (breakfast and dinner) are fabulous , Indian traditional cuisine . The hotel organises some Indian thematic nights with Indian music during dinners, it's beautiful and calming. Very relaxing atmosphere. Cleaning every day. If you need help, the staff is always there for you. The beach is 5 min away. The shops are near by. The hotel's territory is amazing and beautiful. All is well at Club Mahindra Acacia. Amazing location, close to the beach and wide range of eateries. Staff is also very helpful and responsive. Just wish they replaced the ACs in all 60 rooms with ones that work in the sultry summer of Goa. The pool could also be bigger.

We stayed at Acacia Palms in Colva as members of the Club M-Select program, expecting a smooth and comfortable experience. We arrived early and ended up waiting around three hours before getting our room--so we had some time to explore the resort a bit before settling in. As we waited in the sports room, we thought we'd play a quick game of snooker or table tennis to pass the time. But then the staff told us that both were separately chargeable by the hour. Now here's the thing--we're Club Mahindra members, and we've already paid a hefty amount as part of the membership, which covers our stays. So being asked to pay extra for something as basic as indoor games felt off. Why nickel and dime guests for things that don't cost you anything extra to offer--especially when there was no crowd, no waiting, and the facilities were just lying unused? Speaking of amenities, there were a few bicycles available around the property, but they looked completely worn out--like they hadn't been maintained in years. Even those were chargeable. That just felt unnecessary. When we finally got to the room, things didn't improve much. We requested housekeeping four times during our stay--once before heading out and three more times after returning--only to find the room still untouched. Even basic requests like asking for water were unusually delayed. For a property that positions itself as a premium experience, this was honestly quite disappointing. Now, the one area where the resort did deliver was the food. Most of the meals we had were genuinely tasty and well-prepared. We ended up spending around 8,000 on food, and while that's definitely on the higher side, the quality made it feel worth it. (Heads-up: alcohol is billed separately, as expected.) In summary, while the resort benefits from a good location and food, the overall experience lacked the polish and ease we expect as members. Hoping Club Mahindra improves the service and value on offer--because right now, it's not quite the relaxing escape its marketing itself to be.

For club mahindra overall - Absolutely useless. You will never get a booking when you want even if the rooms are available. Big time cheats. Most useless investment ever. Been a member for 5 years and couldnt even book 5 times.

This hotel is in a good location, next to the beach but its initial appearance is very poor. It has decent rooms and fast service, although it's frustrating to call for towels, iron, toilet paper, etc. Food is okay, but, of course, it is overpriced, as all Club Mahindra food is. There is almost no entertainment except for a small pool, a basic club house with a snooker table, ping pong, and a few games. Adults have no option for entertainment except for going out of the hotel to nearby bars and clubs. Overall a 3 star posing as a 4 star.
