Hotel O Benaulim Beach Goa

Frankly there's nothing good I can say about this OYO Triple Beach Guest House in Benaulim, Goa. Except for the two staff there who tried to be as helpful as possible, the rest was just awfull to say the least. 1. The worst was the kitchen, messy and dirty. We didn't dare take chance eating there. 2. The rooms are overly priced...we were charged 4000 per night but not worth even 1500! 3. We selected this place on the basis of the photos on it's website, that were deceptively attractive. The reality was just the opposite. Frankly I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Both OYO and Booking.com should take note of such deception that's tantamount to fraud, apart from ensuring quality of the properties they have on their sites. The only silver lining was the ever helpful staff.

Worst ever experience... We order food at 10.30 and at 2.30 midnight staff told that food is not available... No coordination between staff and all above Swiggy orders were delivered front of us... Tv was not working it was faulty ..we had booked this place on make my trip.

We had made a booking through Goibibo for 28-29 of dec 2024, even though the booking was confirmed, upon reaching the location we were told that it was full however we were then given one room alloted for the owner. It was really bad experience while we wanted to have a relaxing weekend, we had booked the AC room but the AC was not working and we had to adjust. Just a suggestion to the caretakers, kindly maintain the property as it's shown/advertised on third party apps and kindly do not ask us to adjust while we pay the full price for the stay. Thank you,

The main reason for booking a room is to sleep in a clean and hygienic space. We arrived late at night after 400kms of drive and had to settle with these :)

Very falut service all staff r bangles they don't knw to talk plz don't vist next time

Was good to stay, peaceful and almost everything you need while staying there is nearby

The rooms are untidy and not maintained,in fact the AC & TV is not working properly. Cocroaches ply in the room

The place is right next to the main road. The property is very beautiful from the outside. Looks like a vintage villa, however the place needs a lot of improvement in terns of amenities. Our breakfast took almost 40 minutes, however the tea was made very well. The bathroom has no mirror and don't expect to have a hot water shower as we were told the heater works on solar but no hot water even during the day. They don't have their own wifi and the network coverage is very very bad especially if you have Jio, so it was very difficult getting in touch with family .
