Zone Connect by The Park, Parra, Goa

We recently have reservations for 4 nights. The swimming pool was in bad condition for the 1st 2 days stay. They claimed it's coz of the Government issue (hahaha). Those 1st 2 days they don't have enough occupancy, so they are just buying time & not much bothered as well to clean it. Later as they are having group bookings, they work on swimming pool cleaning & filtration make it somehow available. (No curtercy to inform us, once done. Pathetic Hospitality.) The quality was not up to the mark. Never saw them maintaining it. On our check out day, the water quality was very bad (as not regular maintenance). It was a complete disaster during our stay. We have a planned vacation, they ruined it. No effective communication. Any additional amenities, basic food preparation requests at breakfast buffet etc. are chargeable, then how about missing amenities like swimming pool?? Which are included in our Room Rents... Room service menu, asked for tandoori items, lollypops etc. which was not available during Lunch period(2nd day experience),later we didn't even take risk ourselves to waste time. Not good for Small Family or couples. they care only bulk bookings. Horrible experience.

The Hotel service ambience is good and the staffss are very prompt and i received good Hospitality from them and rooms also kept clean and tidy. | But they are not allowing early check-in if the rooms are available i was sitting in lobby and pool side for 6 hours finally they given room at 12:30 p.m.| This Hotel is not at all suitable for tourist personnels because there is no tourist places nearby and we can't found one shop near the Hotel, even early morning Coffee i got it at 8 a.m because the Restaurent opens at 07:30 a.m.| There are few pet i found in the Hotel disturbing my kids during the dinner time, pet animal to be avoided in the Hotel. | So this Hotel is not a recommended for touristers

Good stay , location is also good , near from the beaches and local markets. Rooms are also in best condition and the vibe of the hotel is super . The nature and behaviour of the staffs are very supportive and friendly and the reception staff (amit nikhil ritik ) are very helpful

The hotel is very excellent and wonderful... Very good stay and food. Staff are very polite and helpful. Will definitely visit again.

Good stay , good memories, the location is also amazing and the environment of hotel is so friendly . The staffs of the hotels are so friendly , polite and professionals , it was amazing stay and I always remember it , the food was also very nice

It was the Amazing stay . The staffs are too cooperative, specialy front office ( Nikhil amith Akash ) are too much friendly and make our stay best . The rooms foods and everything is perfect there , it was the memorable stay . ............././///..

Biggest mistake is to stay there in the summer season . The conditions of the AC is worst , either in the rooms or in the lobby . God knows how the other guests and hotel staffs are surviving in such a warm environment. Its feels like suffocation while we waiting in the lobby after checkout .

Hi,||It was a good hospitality by Zone Connect, Parra. Rooms were nice and food is good. I had experienced some difficulty in connected room 116 that is first floor. After shifting to ground floor 006, it was good. There is a lot of noise in connected rooms especially at night and till midnight. Apart from this , it was great experience staying at Zone Connect. ||-Siva|9603957614
