The hotel experience was absolutely amazing, and the staff, especially Jitu Bhai, made it even better. His warm and welcoming behavior was truly commendable. He went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, making our stay even more enjoyable.

I had a very disappointing experience during stay at this hotel. Upon arrival, the room was given was not at all up to the standard I expected. It was total change which i shown on website, and the furniture looked worn and outdated. To make matters worse, the bathroom was not properly cleaned. I immediately contacted the front desk to report to hotel and also OYO officer the issues and requested a room change. The staff was initially unresponsive, and it took multiple calls and nearly an hour before I was finally moved to a different room. Although the second room was also look like same so i totally disappointed. I would not recommend this OYO hotel to others. OYO need to improve their Room Services. The management needs to seriously improve and maintenance of their rooms and provide better customer service to ensure a comfortable stay for their guests.

We have booked two rooms for two days through booking.com on free cancellation and payment on arrival which was confirmed, but on arrival with my family no rooms were available and they refused to allotment of rooms. When you booked with trust and came with family, it was a very crucial situation and I was shocked to know about the allotment of rooms. Don't trust these types of hotels.

AC not working and over charge room rent Room charge range 1000 1200 p.n. Ok Rooms charges more then 5 time then room cost. Don't expect service. After room key delivery then don't expect service. 2 days stay. Not worth paid amount and service. You can go between 1000 1200 range

Sand Castle is my go to place when I am in Panjim. The staff here is very helpful to arrange for me things like Electric Cetle, Ironing machine and cutlery. Mr. Siraj is very helpful, welcoming and smiling face. Sand Castle is very affordable minimalist and specious rooms with balcony. Easily accessible to Miramar beach and 10min drive to main Panjim city.

Nice clean place. Value for money. Spacious rooms, silent location with nice restaurants near by. Loved it.
