Hotel O 4 Pillar's Near Immaculate Conception Church

Very nice hotel and staff, friendly and helpful being everyone here, nearby to the immaculate Church and other places. But beware of the Muslim crooks who give scooters on hire, never ever consider their vehicles on rent as they indulge in cheating as what Goa is known for - scamming tourists & visitors, mine was the same case Today and had to cough up 3000 bucks to these animals, as I had to catch my bus back Home to Bangalore. Goa is a good place to stay & spend your vacation or business Trip, but never hire vehicles

Budget friendly. Rooms are decent and worth the money. Also the owner is friendly and helpful.

This is not Hotel but its a Sarai not for good family. Not Ok. In our Opinion

The hotel has no modern amenities. The beds are pathetic with only wooden ply kept on them which raises on the other side if one sits on one end. The switch boards are not working. The room service person is rude and not polite.. The service for tea is not good. The bathroom windows are not partially broken. There is no Intercom Facility. Overall not suitable for a Family to stay here. There is no Lift here and if senior citizen comes here will find this place very very uncomfortable. There is no parking also.

The rooms are good but the hotel is a little bit small. We booked from Agoda so prices are doubled than the booking from the hotel manually. Agoda will mention parking and the swimming pool will be available but not the case. We have to park the vehicles beside the road in front of the hotel.

Location is good, out side parking is available, washrooms are okay, but they should maintain minimum things like electronic switches and blankets which are not as expected. Also we observed the prices for rooms are more in online than direct booking.

Not good experience at all. Our room number was 302 and in this room the fan and heater was not working. Also the free wifi was really slow and rubbish. The towels looked dirty. Also there is no free breakfast, the website says that there is free breakfast but there is no free breakfast at the hotel. The fans and heater at room number 302 must be fixed.

Being on a flagship, I would not recommend the stay there as the rooms are totally different(maintenance and size) than those presented in showcase in the images. The rooms as shown in the picture are different and the hotel also looks entirely different. There is a restaurant on the ground floor and the white building shown is the nearby church. I had a look on the rooms and didn't stay there because of the size as well as the look of the rooms. And on top of that the person behaved in a total absurd way and didn't want to listen to customer's facts.I am attaching the real pictures of the rooms with this.
