Located near Madgoan market area this hotel is a good place to stay while in Madgoan. This hotel is also within walking distance (less than 10 minutes walk) from the exit of madgaon railway railway station platform 6. As I went directly to this hotel and booked the room I got a 24 hour check out.A single AC room cost me Rs 1000 per night. Hot water for the bath is available 24 hours. Conveniently located within 5 minutes walking of Margao main market, bus stand, restaurants and within 10 minutes walking of Madgaon railway station. Basic, value-for-money rooms with air-conditioning, functional bathroom with geyser supplied hot water and a balcony which offers a panaromic view of the surroundings, from the higher floors. Have a small restaurant, serving fish thali and other basic dishes with an attached bar. The reception desk managers(Vinay and Nilesh) are courteous to extend services as required by the guests.

Stayed at Lotus inn while visiting madgaon with friends. The hotel is nice and rooms are neet and clean. Also lift is available there. Nice hotel for staying.
