Hotel Jyoti Plaza exceeded all my expectations! The experience at Hotel Jyoti Plaza was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the professional staff made us feel incredibly welcome and ensured our check-in was smooth and efficient. The location of the hotel is perfect, offering stunning views from the room. Waking up to such beautiful scenery was a highlight of our stay. The rooms themselves were spacious, clean, and well-appointed, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment throughout our visit. One of the standout features of our stay was the food. The meals served at Hotel Jyoti Plaza were not only delicious but also beautifully presented. Every dish we tried was a culinary delight, showcasing the skill and creativity of the chefs. Overall, I cannot recommend Hotel Jyoti Plaza highly enough. Whether you're looking for a relaxing getaway or a convenient business stay, this hotel ticks all the boxes. Townhouse OAK Hotel J Plaza I along with family, total 4 members, stayed at the property for 1 Night, between 21st Dec to 22nd Dec 2022, The property is very good, keeping in mind that this property is like a Motel and serving the guests in budgeted manner. First of all the property is recently renovated, rooms are very good, used linen is clean and of good quality, corridors are clean, restaurant food is average, breakfast buffet can be provided with more options and cost can be increased accordingly. Hotel staff was very courteous and humble, providing good service. The hotel is located in the heart of Margao and all city amenities are close by. The hotel is in budget category and can be considered as very good option for staying considering the cost.

I booked a room for 3 days and 3 nights at this hotel a week earlier. But we were denied check-in at the reception. The staff were rude and unfriendly. They were not understanding at all. The experience was the same as being robbed. Lost 15k at this hotel, and wasted my vacation. Never recommend this to anyone. Edited after I got a reply. Didn't book through OYO

Rooms and Hotel Infrastructure is really appealing & good looking, but the services were very bad. When we checked in to the hotel, full blanket was provided till the time we checked out. There was no water inside the room, no kettle no water bucket in washroom and also just one towel. Room sliding wardrobe was also in bad condition. We had to ask for everything basic post which also many things were not provided. Also restraunt services were pretty bad. Only good thing was the amount invested in the hotel architecture & material used to build it & the other good thing was to accomodate us to keep our luggage at the reception after the check out.

Rooms good housekeeping good too. But In house restaurant bad . They don't allowed food from outside and in other turn denies for food order . I given order they taken , after 40 minutes delay they denied can't serve veg platter. Then outside I visited to take dinner. I stayed long here . now it is there regular behaviour. Earlier it was good but now it got worst. Staff smokes and talks rudely in front of guests.

I regret to hear about your poor experience with Jyothi Plaza in Margao. The customer service should enhance your stay, not detract from it. The receptionist was very rude and tricked us into paying him the money and canceling the Oyo registeration. We did it because he promised that he will upgrade our rooms and provide complimentary breakfast. But after that he didn't give us the upgraded room and did not provide the complimentary breakfast. And when we asked to refund our money 5 minutes later (after checking our non upgraded room). He said he is not liable to do it and that we will have to talk to Oyo (even though he made us cancel our Oyo registration). There was nothing in the room. No water, no towels, no soaps. Even the fan was not working. Never coming back to this place and do not recommend to anybody.
