From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with genuine warmth and made us feel instantly welcome. Every request, big or small, was handled promptly and with a smile, showcasing their dedication to guest satisfaction. Special mention to Meghana from reception was fantastic very responsive and caring. Rakesh Burman was proactive to help us solving our issue since we were looki g connecting room and he went extra to help us which is amazig. You always try your best to create wonderful experience for us. Thank you for all your hardwork and stay blessed.

I have always been a fan of Karma Hathi Mahal. It's like our home on vacation. But this time I went with my girlfriends and I was really hoping they like the place. As usual it never let us down. We had a great time. Service is excellent, rooms are good, their menu is always getting upgraded. So nothing negative to write about.

As an avid traveller who has been all over the world I would not recommend this place because we were approached by a salesman on the street handing out scratch cards to win prizes, to our surprise we won and were told that we could go to the hotel the next day and get a free buffet breakfast if we attended an event for an hour and to find out what we had won. When we arrived they told us it was only for married couples which was not told to us by the salesman so we travelled 20 minutes to the location and told we were not eligible for the free breakfast and had to pay and also not eligible for the free holiday we won. The staff were non apologetic and didn't seem to care about the false advertising, the breakfast was also pretty poor for a 4 star hotel.

The resort is a oasis for fun, relaxation, and rejuvenation! It offers an incredible range of activities and amenities. Like in the Activity Zone we have TT Table, Pool Table, and Carom Board for friendly competition along with Ice Hockey and Foosball table. There's a dedicated Kids' Area in the Activity Zone which ensures little ones have a blast. Coming to the Aquatic area we have a large Swimming Pool for laps or lounging. Poolside Bar for refreshing drinks is always full. The Thrilling Water Slide for kids along with kids pool for safe splashing is always packed with cute kids. Not to forget the Jacuzzi for relaxation which are located around the swimming pool as well as within the walkway to the villas. Apart from these we also have other amenities like the Vintage Bar for signature cocktails. A Cinema Theatre for movie nights. State-of-the-art Gym for fitness enthusiasts and the Spa and Salon for pampering and rejuvenation. Alongside are the accommodations facilities like the spacious Villas and Apartments for comfortable stays. Karma Royal Hathi Mahal offers an unforgettable experience for families, friends, and couples alike. With its wide range of activities, luxurious amenities, and comfortable accommodations, this resort is a must visit destination in south goa.

Going in as a member of Karma Group holidays, Haathi Mahal is a splendid and luxurious property with well appointed villas blending modern luxury with contemporary layout. Superbly furnished interiors and amenities allow for a relaxed stay for everyone. The property has 2 fully functional clean swimming pools, kids pool and multiple jacuzzi units spread across the villa housing. Not to mention the inhouse bar, restaurant, spa and general store all of which add to the guest convenience. Located in Cavelossim, South Goa, a peaceful village, which is a 15-20 minute drive from Madgaon, makes Haathi Mahal an easy reach but yet away from the more crowded spots in Goa. The staff are friendly and accommodating to your needs and you would not be disappointed during your stay. Definitely a must visit during your Goa itinerary.

The staff is very accommodating courteous and helpfull. The reception phone is answered in 2 rings and they assist in a very prompt manner.. Rizel at the reception was great ... the activities are all fun for the kids. Mother's Day was amazing felt very special for all mothers
