We had a very pleasant staff. The food was excellent, the staff was very helpful and courteous. Whatever you need, just ring the reception and they will provide. There is no lift but the staff offers to help carry your luggage; it did not bother us much.

Manish at the restaurant took good care of us. Food was superb , tailor made, customised for our taste. Keep it going. All the staff are courteous. All in all, a super comfy and cosy place. Although the property is not a high end luxury facility, on par with the pricing Would like to visit once again

Good ambience .Mr Aknur mullah is very cooperative and well behaved. He is very much dutiful and takes lot of care. Hotel location is good with nearby beach to move around. Others are also well behaved and supportive . On the whole this hotel is good.

My stay at Ginger Dona pola was absolutely fantastic! The rooms were impeccably clean and comfortable and the staff went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met with genuine warmth and helpfulness. I lost my room key but they said ok with politely and usual check out time is 12:00am, i requested them till 3:30. The food was a highlight - every meal, from breakfast to dinner, was beautifully presented and bursting with fresh flavors. We especially loved chicken curry . Overall, a truly memorable experience and we can't wait to return!
