Chances Resort and Casino - An Indy Resort

This is a casino hotel. Location is excellent, next to a beach, just 2-3 mins walking. Breakfast spread was great. Rooms were spacious and clean too. Overall had a pleasant stay with my family.

I have forgot to bag one of my dresses while checking out the room but when I contacted the service they say they didn't find any dress,,, it's very annoying

the receptionist, was not good not a proper service she had given for ur , she was forcing us to buy more n more of the amount chips , not a good service, receptionist name jayashree

I had a very good stay and the staff was very cooperative. The food was very delicious

We enjoyed the stay in your hotel during 08 to 12 may ,we are especially thankful to the madam Angela Sequeira for taking extra care being a senior age wise for extending the stay hours due to the very reason our late flight.We are well attach due to the regular stay in your hotel hence feel homely so we take the opportunity to mention the certain shortcomings particular in wash/bath room.The water flow of hot and cold is not proper ,sometimes in the morning hot water is not available hence we have to call the engineer for rectification.I will appreciate if you provide a shower bath mat in the bath room for the guest safety.Overall all the hotel and restaurant staff are very hospitable.Hope to see you all again in future. Visited the Casino for fun. They charge Rs. 5000 as entry fee. But I had good time. You get drinks and snacks and playing chips worth 5000 in entry fee. The staff is courteous, Casino is small, may be around 20 tables and some slot machines. Usually crowded in the evening. I hv not noticed any family or women here , usually only men. But I wasn't there on popular holiday season as well.

Great staying at Chances hospitality good. Angela got us our booking confirmed n enjoyed our stay. Casino also was fun. We all had fabulous time n hoping to come for Monsoons hoping Angela will give us a good monsoon offer. Thank you all for making our stay an enjoyable n funfrolic stay
