The Hawaii Comforts

We stayed at The Hawaii Comforts for 6 days. The hotel offered a great value - it was affordable and met our expectations. ||We selected the Luxury Room with Balcony. It had a Queen bed and separate twin bed, which was comfortable for 3 adults. Our room was on the second floor, accessible by a small elevator or stairs. The balcony was a nice way to enjoy the surroundings.||The location was good, walking distance to Hawaii Beach and not far from Dona Paula Jetty. The area itself was more local, but downtown Panaji was only 10 minutes away. An added bonus was being able to observe the neighboring community in their daily life (e.g. the paowalla on his bike going from door-to-door).||The front desk and room service staff was friendly and helpful, assisting with our luggage and providing us whatever we needed (e.g. extra towel). We were welcomed with a kokum drink upon arrival.||Having an onsite restaurant was convenient, offering the option of dining in or room service. We enjoyed a nice variety of Indian and Western food for breakfast, lunch & dinner. The wait staff was attentive.||The only issues we had were spotty wifi, thin walls (noisy neighbors our first two nights), and our air conditioner broke our first day but repair staff was able to fix it within an hour. But these were small inconveniences amidst a generally pleasant stay.||I wholeheartedly recommend The Hawaii Comforts to anyone visiting Goa.

The rooms were clean and good in size. In a family size room, you will get one double bed and 2 single beds. The bathroom and bedsheets were knit and clean. In our booking, breakfast were included which was a buffet. The taste was good. The hotel staff were cooperative enough. Only one demerit i found, routine room service were not proactive. Upon request only, they will provide.

We stayed at this fabulous hotel for 5 nights and were absolutely "blown away" with the friendliness and professionalism of the staff - both at the reception and in the restaurant. The rooms were outstanding - each with a balcony where we used to sit during the evening. The restaurant!!! The food was fabulous and the prices so reasonable. Even after we checked out and went and stayed elsewhere, we still came back for dinner!! Clean, neat and tidy - overall impression of this hotel. We would come back here in a heartbeat!

I stayed here for 3 days in a family room for 4 it was very good, the staff was very kind and helpful, the rooms were very clean, room service was excellent, this was my second time in this hotel and I really enjoyed here and also their buffet breakfast was very good. Overall it is the best hotel I have been and recommend it to people visiting Goa.

The room and bathroom were very clean and amenities were in good condition. PROS: Overall cleanliness. AC was working and fairly quiet. Good shower head and water pressure. Hot water is immediately available. Non-smoking room and no smell. Soap, shampoo and conditioner is provided. Quiet area. Cons: Only a small holdup during checking as they were overbooked and my room was not yet ready. I had to wait about 10 minutes. But the staff was friendly.

I recently stayed here and all I can say is it was worth the money. 1. Location is amazing and overall works as a centre to North/ south goa. 2. Rooms are spacious for two people and cozy enough to just relax. 3. The thing I loved most about them is that their staff is extremely helpful.

The amenities were severely lacking. The air conditioning barely worked, making the room unbearably hot. The Wi-Fi was so slow it was practically unusable. There was smell of cigarette in the room. For the price I paid, I expected much better. I would not recommend this hotel and will definitely not be returning.

It's not a bad choice, but there's potential for it to be much better.
