Superbly maintained rooms, everything's super clean and economical. We stayed for 3 days . Property manager/ owner are very friendly and cool. * But Didn't like the attitude of the receptionist, he is a rude guy. ( We had a guest on the 17th evening and requested him to arrange for an extra bed to which he spoke in a very rude manner. We do respect your hotel policy but conveying it politely is something minimal he had to do). I was too tired to deal with him not I could find the owner as we checkout early to reach south goa). Stay duration:- 15 Oct 24 - 18 Oct 24.

The rooms are great, spacious, super-clean, super-tidy, and very importantly, there is more than enough space in most rooms to open two large suitcases on the floor - couples will appreciate this. The staff is friendly, but keep in mind, this is not a 5-star, this is not the Taj. But the price is very reasonable for what you get. I had several family members from Europe staying here for a few days after my wedding celebration, and they were quite happy with the place. If you need stuff, the hotel is just above a supermarket that's open from 9am to 10pm, so, you can get whatever you need easily by just walking a few flights of stairs (or taking the lift) plus 20m around the house. Important for Goa travellers: The location is not close to a beach, if you want to reach to a beach, you need a vehicle/transport.

May not look great from outside but rooms are actually quite great for the price. Clean and classy and a big outdoor balcony is also there. I booked it for three days for around 3000rs/day on February. Price can be higher during peak season said the receptionist.

Both the rooms and services were excellent. The only issue was they don't have a restaurant or dining room. You have to order the food from outside. But there are food restaurants in 2 km diameter. So no long waiting time for ordered food.

Do not ever book this property, they are very rude also don't serve breakfast on time. Please note there is no buffet breakfast system in the hotel. It's either room service or it's served opposite the hotel. The breakfast timing is 8:30 to 10:30 only. Also the house keeping service is super late. All the staffs including manager Dipti is super rude. The old review given are from their internal staff and family so donot go on their past review. I just had a worst experience with this hotel.

One of the best stays in the Panjim area in Goa. It is in the perfect location exactly besides the Taj hotel and very near to the panjim street area. It is close to Miramar beach and caino pick up locations so you don't have to travel much. I have stayed twice in the hotel for a total of 8 days and I was very satisfied with my stay. Staff is really friendly particularly Mr. Sekhar who helped us a lot. Must stay here if you are visiting panjim.

Had a good stay in this hotel and the food was good with all continental food with average price and good people around there , the room cleaning boys were polite , helped us a lot good environment and helpful staff and friendly service and service was excellent thanks to everyone who are working there . A good place to stay with family and friends with a peaceful environment and you would love this place if u visit this place . The room had a good restroom and was maintained properly . The restaurant had various food with a average price and taste

I am staying here right now. It's the worst customer service experience I have ever came across. The cleaning staff thinks he owns the hotel and comes to the room, talks rudely and asks me to pay for a dust stain on the towel. First of all why is there dust in the hotel room second how can someone ask you to pay for it. I would request the owner to contact me at the earliest as the service staff isn't sending me the contact details.
