Treebo Green Village Resort ,Goa

We had a family night out here. We preferred to stay in a cottage and booked 2 cottages for 5 adults and 3 kids (2 below 5 yrs and 1 of 8 yrs old). During inquiry they will not tell you that they will count everything on the couple calculations as per their convenience. Inspite of taking 2 cottages they were asking for additional charges for 1 adult and 1 kid. They even counted my one year daughter as an individual. Cottages and pool are little away from the main building and the reception, so once you made an entry, no one is bothered about your needs. You need to call them for all your requirements. We were the only family that day for night and no one was bothered to check for the requirements at night. If you order packaged water bottle, they will bring the water bottles but will not provide glasses for the same. Food quality was very worst, they will say no for most of your requirements. We ordered fried kingfish and they brought 3 small pieces and charged it for 440/-. They brought 10 small 2 inch long prawns as Rava fried prawns and charged 380/- for them. Stuffed mackerel would have been way better than their rava fried kingfish. They charged 120/- per plate of kanda bhaji without bread during evening tea time snacks. This was not our first night out at the farms, but they are the only one who will charge 700/- extra if you ask for extra mattress. We managed everything by ourselves only. We ordered food from outside at night as the food quality here is the worst. We booked our stay well in advance by providing all the necessary details asked by them but still they spoiled our moods by having arguments at the time of check out. First they didn't tell us that they will charge based on number of person including kids and not on the basis of cottages you booked with them. If you inquire about something they will say we will see at the time of billing and then will argue with you for some or other reason. The hindi speaking person at the reception namely Swaminathan, don't have common customer handling ethics. He is very rude and arrogant to the customers. Service providing staff is good but the reception personnel is worst.. My husband was planning for two more night outs again one with his colleagues and other with his friends, but they changed his mind during check out.

We recently stayed here and it was an unforgettable experience The location is surrounded by lush greenery and peaceful nature. The property is scenic with beautiful landscapes leading up to it. The accommodation was cozy, clean, and well-maintained. The staff was incredibly welcoming. Their hospitality was top-notch. Food quality was very nice. Resort is very convenient for Goa trip.

Just visited the resort and experience is very bad with respect to Food and resort management. It is loot restaurant. One piece of slice bread is 30 rs and where as seep of tea cost 35 Rs Limca 750 ml charges double the rate. Upon query during check out they say price is fixed.. And management doesnt have manners to speak with the customer... Please dont go its a waste of money..

Resort is well spaced and vast. Rooms are good like homes in village. Japanese fruits and rare plants r found. Stream of water near resort creates beatiful sounds. Immersed in nature and animals Food, hospitality and ambience is top notch

It was lovely to spend one night at this property close to MOPA airport on Goa Border.The Rooms are very clean and hygienic. The staff is very polite and forthcoming to assist. The owner of the property took good care and gives personal touch. Wish to stay again whenever I visit . Thanks a Lot . All the best

Trust me, this place is extraordinary. We had gone for the Kasainath trek and stayed here. They have rooms as well as luxurious cottages. The owner was very sweet and told us many significant things about Dodamarg. This place is on the Goa border, so it's close for us. We loved our stay and will definitely come back soon. to explore more of Dodamarg and Mangeli.
