Ocean View The Apartment Hotel

Punjab National Bank has selected a very nice hotel to stay as it's Holiday home, though it is away from the main market area or any of the beaches. The restaurant and food is tasty. Hotel staff is courtous and helpful. The hotel has big area to roam around and also have good swimming pool.

NOT WORTH THE MONEY. Rooms are filthy and rennovations are still happening. There is zero room service or cleaning happening. Stayed for 2 days but nobody bothered to pick the food plates even after keeping it outside. Food is grossly expensive and not upto the mark. Tawa Paratha had not heated properly, POHA was very dry. For the rate, its not worth it but is very close to airport

Pros: + Room alloted was spacious (400 sq ft) including the bathroom. + Good ventilation. French door opening was on the east side. + Food served was tasty and delightful. + Hotel also had a swimming pool which is well maintained, and it was both fun and delight to have a swim. Cons: - AC in the room was not functioning, and it was not repaired even after complaining about the same. It was troublesome to keep following up with the hotel staff to address the issue and unpleasant to manage our stay only with the fan and to keep the windows open throughout our stay. - Exhaust fan in the bathroom was not working, another unpleasant issue with our room. - No mirror provided in the room except the one given in the bathroom. How often could we go inside and get our clothes wet due to wet-floor. There has to be one more in the living room or attached with the wardrobe. - Road works near the hotel made accessibility to the hotel bit difficult. - Hotel is located quite from the main beaches, the nearest one being at least 5 km. We had to spend more on the local transport (taxi) for visiting various sight seeing places. Hotel should offer Rooms at better tariffs (discounts) to atteact customers.

It is a Flat of 2BHK. Nice View of Greenery. Fully furnished. The food at Restaurant was good. But they don't have proper policy or system for complimentary Breakfast / Dinner. Staff were polite and understanding. The Beds are worn out. My Flat (C201) the Sofa is dirty and cushion gone. My colleague flat Geyser, current was passing. Be careful. Presently the approachable Road is bad, it is get good over the time. It is 7 Kms from Dabolim Airport.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. our gold jewelleries and money was ROBBED at that hotel ....NO SAFETY AT ALL . windows are broken. Robbers entered through the windows. Save your money .never visit this hotel

Extremely bad experience....we had booked several rooms, .....and our everything was ROBBED ...gold,money,watch,and every possible thing that can be robbed...this robbery took place because there is absolutely no security at the hotel ...no security guard,no lock on the windows, no lock on the doors ,.... windows, furniture everything is broken .. windows doesn't get locked ...also when we complained about the robbery to the hotel manager ...there was no action taken ...they were least bothered about the situation..they didn't take any action....no room service,sofa was stained so badly ...things often get misplaced in that hotel ....gold jewelleries of worth 6.5 lakh was robbed ...never book this hotel ... don't waste your money on this worthless hotel ..there is no security at all ...there are no CCTV cameras ...you and your things are not safe in that hotel ... ROBBERY TAKES PLACE IN THAT HOTEL ...
