This is a wonderful resort, and I have to say, it exceeded all expectations. The rooms were exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making for a truly relaxing stay. The pool area was a highlight, offering a perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the sun. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to assist with anything we needed. A special shout-out to Maria, who went above and beyond to ensure our experience was seamless and enjoyable. Her attentiveness made a real difference. Overall, we absolutely loved this property and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch getaway!

The hotel was built about six years ago, and over time, some things have naturally worn out on the outside. However, overall, it's a cozy place with air conditioning, hot water, and a swimming pool. What would I improve? Probably the breakfast. It's quite modest, and the kitchen where it's served could use some renovation. However, it looks like they might be preparing a new space for the kitchen, as there is visible construction work going on. The staff is polite--no complaints at all.

The resort has three floors but no elevator. They do not provide complimentary water bottles. Additionally, they do not have their own restaurant; instead, they offer a menu from a restaurant located 1 km away. If you need to reorder something, like roti, it is unlikely they will accommodate it. Overall, it seems like this property is owned by someone else and managed by a different team that is not focused on customer experience. They simply provide a room, leaving everything else to the guest's responsibility.

Disappointing Stay at Paloma De Goa Resort We booked a 3-day, 3-night stay at Paloma De Goa Resort, but from the moment we arrived, the experience was far from pleasant. Room and Cleanliness Issues: The room was unclean and dusty upon arrival. Towels, bedspreads, and pillows were discolored and appeared unhygienic. There were cobwebs in the room, indicating poor upkeep. The mattress and steel cot were noisy, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. The 1BHK unit had an interconnecting door, through which we could clearly hear the other family--a serious privacy concern. The overall ambience was dull and depressing, not at all what we had expected from a resort. Service and Reception: We were made to wait for 1.5 hours at check-in without any proper communication or apology. The lady at reception was unwelcoming, setting a negative tone from the start. Despite raising our concerns immediately, we were still asked to pay the full amount upfront. We were offered a room "upgrade" to a 1BHK, which unfortunately turned out to be even dirtier than the original room. Facility Conditions: The "resort" felt more like a basic lodge in both appearance and service. Dustbins and the swimming pool were not cleaned or maintained, adding to the overall lack of hygiene. Poor Communication and Hospitality: We were told that the last night would be complimentary as compensation, but at checkout, the owner, Mr. Dominic, rudely dismissed this and even asked, "Do you think I'm an idiot to refund?" There was a clear lack of communication between the owner and the staff. The issue wasn't the money--it was the complete lack of hospitality and professionalism. At Rs. 2,000 per night, this stay was not worth it. There are plenty of better options in Goa offering cleaner rooms, courteous service, and even complimentary breakfast. We would not recommend this place to others.

Paloma de Goa Resort truly won our hearts! The rooms were spacious and spotless, and the staff was incredibly helpful. Although our check-in was at 2 PM, we arrived early, and Urial kindly provided us with a waiting room to freshen up and change before heading to the beach. The staff--every single one of them--went above and beyond to assist us. We were looking for rental bikes at the last minute and couldn't find any nearby. To our surprise, one of the staff members even offered his own bicycle, which was such a thoughtful gesture! The room was fantastic, featuring a large hall, an electric kettle, and a refrigerator, making our stay even more convenient. I don't usually write reviews, but this experience was worth sharing. Amazing place was extremely impressed by Maria and Rachael at the reception . They made our stay very comfortable and where attentive to all our requests. The house keeping staff too where very prompt, polite and went above the requirement to make our stay memorable . The owner Mr Domnic was very graceful and hospitable and the room where of very high quality compared to even some of the bigger names around. Worth looking into and giving it a try.
