Heaven Goa

We first stayed here 2 years ago and the rooms were very basic but we had hot water and loved the surroundings of flora and fauna. The price was reasonable also and we enjoyed and made friends with other guests. This time the rooms have not improved, there was no hot water, the bedding is old and prices have increased by 40%. There was some very strange behaviour by a long term guest but the management simply don't care. We won't be returning as there are better accommodations nearby. Such a shame as with a small amount of TLC this place could be wonderful.

Beautiful setting but very basic overpriced rooms without table or anything and old and tired bedding. No hot water only if pre requested and cleaning every 4 days when your toilet paper ration is received. This could be a great place with some TLC but management don't care.

Rooms are ok but overpriced, though. Location near Sernabatim beach is very good. It is located between Colva & Benaulim. The atmosphere we do not like this time (we've been there before). Most guests are not very sympathetic with each other. Lack of management in my point of view.

Great place! Great location! They respect your privacy. Very tranquile atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again. Good vibes. Also such a nice and quaint surrounding village. People will always randomly ask you if you need a ride out in the neighborhood of the kindness of their hearts. Well recommended!

We loved this place. Very familiar ambience and friendly and helpful staff. |Clean and well maintained facilities. Basic rooms with nice outside seats on veranda, our room with a view on the green jungle.|Good value for price.|Lusitano who runs this business would help you with everything you need and communication via WhatsApp also in beforehand was easy.|10 mins walk to a wonderful and quiet beach.

Incredible value, bedrooms are large and clean with a balcony and good size bathroom with a/c,no frills accommodation.|Swimming pool is spotless . Maxy and Luziton were very friendly and accommodating and went out of their way to ensure that we had a truly relaxing time.|Property was 10 minute walk from beach and 15 minutes walk to Benaulim so a great location. Benaulim beach is busy but lots of shacks all offering use of sunbeds and umbrellas and a dip in the pool after the beach was great.|We will definitely return.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a delightful resort in North Goa " Heaven Goa". The owners of the resort were simply fantastic. Their warm and welcoming nature made me feel like an honored guest throughout my stay. They also have a swimming pool and a library. You can spend some time in their restaurant, sip your coffee or tea and read some stories/novels or know more about Goa from the book shelf.

Location looks a bit like a converted villa. Nice room with a high ceiling, making it feel very spacious. Room is modestly furnished, but looks pleasant. Decent beds that come with a mosquito netting, which is always welcome. Room is very clean, even the paint looks like it was done recently. Bathroom is simple, but clean and in good condition. Showers have adjustable temperature, so i could finally have a lukewarm shower! Facilities are good. There's a nice little gazebo with some tables by the center where you can have a drink. There's also a pool, which was clean. I really liked using it, as I'm not much of a beachgoer. Staff was pleasant. Owner is a nice and humble guy. Haven't tried the included breakfast as i got up late, so i can't speak on whether it was good or not. Location is very good, shops and restaurants are in walking distance, as is the beach. The area around the guesthouse is really quiet and serene, so outside of having a few dogs barking in the distance, it's nice and quiet at nights. Another nice bonus is that it's situated straight west of Margao, meaning that if you want to go north or south by car/bike from here, you can skip the horrendous congestion at Margao. Best of all - and the reason why it's a 10/10 - is that it's very good value for money. At 1.5k rs a night, it's really one of the cheaper locations in the area, and at least just as good. For what i got here, i expect to pay twice that amount. Edit: enjoyed it so much i came back here a week later when driving back to Goa from the south. Got a different room in the other building. Was just as comfortable and well maintained as the last one. There's two playful and endearing kittens as well that i hadn't seen last time. There's two dogs on the property as well, and they're both gentle and kind. Added bonus if you're a pet-lover. (But less so if you're allergic) Either way, it's a testament to consistence in quality that staying here a second time was just as positive as the last time. Can't recommend this location enough!
