JNB Orchards Luxury Cottages

Our stay here was fantastic! We loved every bit of it, from the easy access to the property to the cleanliness of room and wash room, to the check-out. Raj, care taker was more welcoming and easy to approach than Lakshmi. She needs to be little soft and polite while speaking.. that's all We will definitely recommend these beautiful cottages if you are looking for a cozy stay near to the beach. We also look forward to reconnect with this location soon Note, have rated service as 4; as, no one came or asked about sweeping or cleaning the room in our two days of stay.. neither were we told anything about the cleaning schedule or the garbage disposal, as we had the garbage dumped in the bucket inside the room.

We had a fantastic stay! Reservation process WAS seamless and hassle-free. Laxmi was exceptionally kind and attentive, making sure our stay was comfortable. The property is well maintained. There is a lovely swimming pool, a beautiful garden with a seating area perfect for relaxation. The bathrooms are Clean and the rooms are super comfy. As locals from Goa, we wanted a short getaway from our busy week, and the warm hospitality truly made it special. Highly recommended!

The most amazing air bnb around colva. Uncle Bismark and now his son runs the place. Most amazing service and homely environment. All the food and wine shops are at walking distance and great place to walk around... Very accessible.

I had a delightful experience while staying here. The cottage was really cozy and well-maintained, surrounded by serene natural beauty. It is equipped with all the necessary amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. The pool is also maintained and clean. The staff is exceptionally friendly and attentive, making my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this resort for a peaceful and relaxing getaway.

Room and washroom were very clean. In fact entire property is neat and clean. Bedsheets weren't very clean. Parking is outside on road but was okay. It's around 1 to 1.5km to Colva beach. No food options. However few cafe and restaurants are available nearby. They have swimming pool as well. It's kids friendly. My 5 year old son really liked it.

If you want tranquillity, silence, and peace, this is Perfect place in Margao! Everything very clean, harmonious, organised, the rooms are perfect big bed, and well presented. For sure I will come back!

It's Best destination to stay, it's closer to beach, closer city.. The Rooms are utter most comfortable and cozy, really Love it, The Pool and Garden area are so beautiful, one can relax into peace.

Located in a decent residential area with restaurants and beach only a few mins away by drive. Rooms and premises were very neat and well maintained with a lush and vibrant garden in the common area. The only minor issue was that the car park was outside the gate and didn't have shade which heated up the vehicle in the hot sun. The owner was friendly and welcoming.
