Hotel Good Shephard

We booked 2 rooms but it was over priced. Hotel didn't provide Blanket, Floor mats & Towels and there's no hot water for bath, hotel will provide water heater if requested..

Frod people, first of all they take Booking on the name of the hotel and the contact us for the partial payment later on when we reached at the hotel, they told us that there are no rooms available in the hotel, but they will arrange another room nearby, then they took us to a 2BHK apartment. Which was hundred metre away where the AC was chargeable, no proper cleanliness, no proper utilities like soap brush toothpaste were not available half an hour before checkout. They cut off the electricity of the apartment so that we could check out in time, which was not at all appropriate.

Would have given 0 for service. Rooms are very bad with defective AC and defective washrooms. The manager is very unprofessional and rude. Manager's family member used foul language on the females with us constantly and the manager didn't do anything about it.

They have charged me Rs 1200 for 1 person. I stayed for 2 days . This is day light robbery as it was off-season. That is 9th and 10th of July . Be careful or you will get Robbed like me . The booking price was Rs .840 as shown in Google Maps , but my fault was I did not check it out . Very bad experience .

Look for another place they don't provide anything

Hotel is at nice location. We had booked a room there 4 months in advance. But their owners said that by mistake they had not kept a room for us. They arranged an alternative at a location at least 1 km away from their location. We had to walk extra 1 km to colva beach. People do this kind of thing in peak season to earn extra money.

Located just a 5 mins walk from colva beach. This place is amazing. The owners do really take care of their customers with utmost care. Very comfy place to stay while on vacation. Everything you need is just a walking distance. Supermarkets, restaurants etc. They do have options for AC and Non AC rooms. Even for larger families an apartment to stay. Recommended and worth visiting again.

These rooms are is located in 3 different places see location. They have no board i went searching all the way and yeah don't go by the photos it's the time when they opened rn the rooms and some bathroom doors have no lock
