Nice hotel with awesome swimming pool enjoyed alot

Staff behavior is very friendly. Affordable room rates. Decent food quality and taste (available at 150 which can be improved) . Bogmalo beach and coast Guard headquarters is at walking distance from here. Overall good experience. Recommended if u have come here for interview purpose or 1day stay. Best of luck.

Hospitable hosts, we were well received. Despite the fact that we arrived late in the evening, they were able to feed us deliciously and inexpensively. spacious room, but there are small cockroaches in the bathroom... bed linen gets dirty, in the morning we found that our white t-shirts, in which we slept, were stained with red bed linen paint. there was one clean towel, but with old stains. There is a swimming pool on the premises, the place is quiet. overall positive impression

i was here for 4 days and i found it very good to stay. prices were reasonable and has many complimentary things with it..like pool and the owner is very friendly and cooperative. They will help you with everything. They provided us with their vehicle when we needed it urgently. Give it a go you will get to know what i am saying.

Tanisha Guest House provides a comfortable stay with clean and well-maintained rooms. The staff is friendly and responsive to guests' needs. The location is convenient, close to popular attractions and amenities. However, the limited parking space and occasional noise from neighboring rooms can be a minor inconvenience.

Service by primary contact Mandesh was the best. He tried to fix the AC at 1:30am in the night. He was best to talk and tried everything he could. No rooms here do not have working AC. Hot water does not come until 11am as the heater is solar powered. Breakfast was served with no good bread and they weren't even toasted. The staff is very friendly, but AC and Water makes it a deal breaker.

We checked in at 2 am after being denied to be checked in another hotel called OYO HOME 24498 ELEGANT (which sucks) and yet we were pretty happy with the welcome we received. The property manager is probably the friendliest person I've met in Goa. She was unbelievably sweet and helpful. We had booked it for a day but ended up staying there for our entire vacation. Great place, great service, great vibes. Overall a great experience. This is where we'll be staying every time we're in Goa.

Key highlights about this place 1. First impression makes you think ..is this same place that you visited online? But trust me ,as time passes it explores it's beautiful aspects. 2. Safe for family 3. Staffs are too cordial,receptive and humble in nature..Sameer,Raj and Shiva thank you for your warm services. 4. Room cleanliness is at its best..interior is same as shown in uploaded photos.. 5. Swimming pool is small in size but it is well maintained and certainly you can spend sometime there . 6. Breakfast ,meal,dinner (veg/non-vegetarian) everything was edible and delicious.. 7. Ginger tea made by Raj was superb .. 8. Each room is provisioned with balcony..loved seating in early morning and evening .. 9.Bogmolo beach is hardly at walkable dostant..recommend to visit it after 10 am 10. Priti is a manager ..she is very hospitable, cooperative lady..suggested us options in food,helped us to deal with localities 11. Richard is owner and very down to earth man..he is easily approachable.. Overall, we loved this place and would definately like to revisit in future too.. One small suggestion: GPS incorrectly shows location of this place..it lands you 1.3 km before it's actual location..just keep on driving on the same road towards bogmolo beach..at the end you have 2 turns..left turn takes you towards Tanisha and right will take you to beach .
