Late review but this memory is so deeply etched in my mind when we went to spend our friends 30th birthday here and it was till date one of the most memorable experiences living in a villa. The views are majestic through the infinity pool, you get the best of both worlds where you walk down for your meals by the lagoon and then walk up to your rooms with a spacious living room and beautiful verandahs by the pool with ample seating. The staff are warm and the services top notch. Don't hesitate to pay this experience is priceless.

This location is a very very beautiful place Ive ever been to in Goa. The back rivers, the coconut trees, the nature. The service is great the rooms are great - they even have inhouse kitchen for food. But the only negatives I see are 1. The food provided in house are extremely expensive. 2. They do not house keep everyday unless asked for. 3. The power keeps going off everyday randomly which is so annoying - it gets so hot. Other than these points, everything is so beautiful.

Fantastic place with great river view and facilities. We had booked the entire place hence had the privilege to explore the complete place and both swimming pools. They have a small covered hall kinda place with bar where we had arranged a party which was a memorable one. The Food arranged by Purple Martini was very good with all meals being consistently tasty. Overall a very nice place for friends and family groups.

To start with, the food quality was absolutely appalling. It tasted as if it had been prepared days ago and reheated multiple times. and the entire meal left a bad taste in my mouth - both figuratively and literally. Adding insult to injury, the air conditioning in our room was not functioning properly. Despite notifying the staff multiple times, nothing was done to rectify the situation, leaving us to sweat through the night in discomfort. To make matters worse, the water geyser in our bathroom was broken, depriving us of hot water throughout our stay. The management's response was lackluster at best, showing no urgency in fixing these basic amenities. The cherry on top of this disastrous experience was the behavior of one particular waiter named Dushyant. His rude and dismissive attitude towards guests was utterly unprofessional and unacceptable. His demeanor added to the overall unpleasantness of our stay. In conclusion, my stay at this villa was an absolute disaster. I would strongly advise against anyone considering staying here unless you enjoy subpar food, broken facilities, and being treated disrespectfully by staff." *They are serve bread butter and toppings with bidi(CIGARETTES)*

Food taste 4/5 Food service catering 1/5 Stay, place, location, aesthetics 5/5 The place is exquisite. Must visit Food services are very very slow please improve on that. The caterer takes long time to serve even if we preorder lunch the previous day. 5 bhk villa is on the hill side u have to go all the way down to the lake for food. We were promised 3 dishes of complimentary breakfast. But the offer Puri bhaji, toast and fruits which is clearly not three dishes. Best part was stay. Food taste was good. But service very very very very slow. If u think about going here, u can but just confirm once about the food service and time to be served. There is nothing near the villa for around 7km. Thanks

5 BHK Resort Review: Our stay at the 5 BHK resort was disappointing. In each room, we encountered issues: Room 1: AC not working Room 2: Geyser malfunction Overall: Frequent power outages at night Breakfast: Aloo paratha lacked potato filling Unpleasant Surprise: Cigarette in toasted bread Maintenance: Numerous issues, including broken fixtures and plumbing leaks. Cleanliness: Dusty and poorly cleaned. Service: Unresponsive staff. Amenities: Lackluster facilities. Overall: Not recommended.

If you think GOA is only about beaches, you couldn't be more wrong. This is a gorgeous boutique property. It's a little out of the way but that only adds to the wonder of the place. It is quite happily situated by the river and you will fall in love with the place instantly. We were a large group so we booked the entire villa and had our very own private swimming pool. The rooms are very spacious and each room is very tastefully decorated. There's a large common sitting area, dining area and patio as well as large spacious balconies from which you can enjoy the sunrise. The library too has a lot of books. The staff are all very polite, warm and helpful. There is an in house restaurant so you don't have to go very far. And breakfast is complimentary. They also allowed to carry our own booze but we got our mixers from the restaurant.

Amazing property! Such a hospitable staff and amazing bedrooms! The scenic view of the property is just gorgeous. The food is superb and the property provides the best Goa experience. Our group Loved it and would highly recommend everyone to stay here.
