Great place to stay , warm people,hospitality & just be there & chill out. Highly recommended for a pleasant stay.

We booked this place on Airbnb for 3 days and ended up staying for 9 months. Alex is a wonderful host and in the short time that we got to know him, we learnt so much from him. It's a great place for solo travels as well. The house has a gated compound so it's safe for pets too. Molly and Captain are very friendly dogs and they were very hospitable to my two cats. The place is filled with birds and sometimes exotic monkeys visit too. There is a lot of place for kids to play, pets to walk ..run. There is a lovely football arena a stone throw away. Most of the time filled with peacocks. A cute church opposite where you can see the local culture. The place has excellent Wifi and power back up. O'cuzinero is cute but food is just alright. The village pub and restaurant serves the authentic Goan food in this area. Closest is varca and benaulim beach. Margao is about a 15 minutes drive.

You are an Amazing host and took good care and gave us all the Support needed - be it Stay, or information on best places to eat nearby, and best places to visit nearby. Your property is also Amazing, very Peaceful, Full of Nature and More Beautiful than the Pictures you have Posted on your Website. We all had a Awesome Stay and Surely will be back in future.

The property is good and the owner is also very nice....just a bit outer in South Goa, its around 8 kms from Madgaon station. Better to have rented vehicle before going there for easy travelling. Else public transport are very less from this place.

Great place, property is on the main road of village. Very peaceful with lush green surrounding...wifi connection available to be connected to virtual world ...Host is humble and helpful..
