Q 23 Resort & Suites a Unit of ISL Gujarat

We booked a 3 night stay in November 2024 via bookings.com. Following a day of travelling from UK, on arrival we noted the lobby was shabby and the room allocated unfit for use.It was dirty, the furniture stained and the view from the balcony was that of the building opposite. We noted what appeared to be an outdoors swimming pool had the appearance of a pond. We were hounded for payment ahead of our arrival and the tariff we paid was for bed and breakfast although no mention was made of breakfast when we checked in. What we found was nothing like the pictures and description per the bookings.com website. The signing in book had us as the only guests staying. Say no more. We chose not to stay and cancelled the reservation on the spot. We did not take any photos as it was early evening and we needed to find alternative accomodation. We were told by the resort that a refund would be made but despite us sending texts and emails nothing was forthcoming. Bookings.com have given us a goodwill gesture. The reviews shown are false and we recommend that this resort be avoided.

A Memorable Stay with Exceptional Hospitality I recently stayed at this amazing hotel and it was truly a wonderful experience! The property itself is immaculately clean, and swimming pools were well-maintained.. The staff deserves special mention, especially Ms. Isha. She ensured a seamless and hassle-free check-in & out experience, making our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel's location is perfect, with all major beaches just 10-15 minutes away, making it a great base for exploring Goa. If you're looking for a clean, well-located property with exceptional service and thoughtful staff, this is a must-stay.. Highly recommended for a memorable experience.

Rooms are good but there was some smell due to moisture, but it was suitable as per the price. Limited food options in breakfast first day it was aloo poori which was too oily and not good. On second idli sambhar was good. Staff is polite and good. Ground floor deluxe room and food was the issue.

This property is just 100 meters from the main road. The rooms are good, breakfast is good and staff is all good. The only things is its not beach front or beach resort. You have to get out of the resort and walk for around 500 meters to reach at the beac

Room was clean food was good and staff are very good special thanks to mr Rahul and Joy very helpful. The facilities are well maintained and decent all members of staff were friendly and welcoming with all our needs being met by the resort. Good good stay

Beautiful property, the rooms are spacious and sparkling clean. Our kid had a lot of fun in the pool! The service was great. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and fulfilled our food related requirements for our daughter throughout the day. We had a great 5-nights stay at this hotel! Highly recommended.
