For a 4 star category hotel, the rooms provided were shit... for starts the bedsheets weren't that clean. The electric kettle, fridge and TV weren't working which are essentials when travelling with a baby. The hotel door doesn't close properly and the AC doesn't do much cooling and had to struggle with the remote. While the staff was courteous in resolving the issues one wouldn't expect this to happen in the first place. Another thing I didn't like is we requested to check out at 12 for which the reception agreed but they were continuously asking us to move out since 11:30 AM. I can't complaint about this much but we moved to a similar 4 star category hotel on for a more affordable price with bigger rooms, and no complaint at all. The staff gave us a 2 hour late checkout as well. This hotel also charges a whopping 110 Rs for a glass of milk where as the other hotel we stayed at gave us milk free of cost irrespective of the glasses we ordered. I not saying they shouldn't charge us, but Rs 110 for a glass of Amul milk is outrageous

Its an old property, rooms are average size- good enough for a solo traveller or a small family for 2-3 nights. There's a common swimming pool which os well maintained. Rooms are clean with wifi, TV, boiling jug and iron. The shower in the bathroom is a bit weird.

Nice hotel at a very good location. Rooms: The rooms were very clean and spacious. The bathroom was also good but the water smelled weird, probably because they have swimming pool in the hotel I am assuming, not sure. Service was also good. Food: They have complimentary breakfast which had good variety. The hotel has 2 restaurants - AC and Non - AC. The portion of the food varies even if the price is same between the 2 restaurants of this hotel. The restaurant outside has larger portion, so you can decide on that. The taste of the food was really good. Area: Calangute beach is quite close and there are some good restaurants on the way. Parking: The hotel has parking spot in the front but limited space compared to the number of rooms they have.

An amazing place to stay in Candolim. The property is located on the main road. The Candolim beach is just a 5 mins walk. The rooms are good. The best part is breakfast is included in the package. The staff is friendly.

Location is very good, full of shopping, eating options at walking distance. It's on the main busy Candolim road. Room size is decent, rooms were clean. Breakfast was also good. Staff would try to arrange cab for you, as they have their tieups. You can decide considering all options. Overall a good option.

Location of Property is excellent and also you may get everything nearby hotel. But, Reception Staff is not good at all and a lady at reception is not giving proper replies and also not ready to discuss on complaints of customers or did not listen any request at all. Mr. Anthony from Staff group was very kind and also helpful for customers and he should be promoted to other good level post.

This is the best hotel , i was stay there for last week in 2 days , Amazing property staff behaviour very gud , Service very fast . Hotel resturent also gud , special think breakfast was amazing . Nice swimming puul ,

Had an amazing stay over there and the staff(specially Umesh) is also good as they speck nicely with you.we had breakfast over there which we absolutely enjoyed.....room were neat n clean and they gave room service according to our need....
