Candolim Hideout Resort

This property didn't deserve single star. Rooms are totally different compare to show in pictures so pls don't go with this type of worst hotel for your goa trip. Hotel needs lots of maintenance as well.||Staff and manager(mandal) need to teach how to talk with customer and how to co-ordinate with them. If you are booked online and go then they will not response properly. and they dont have any kitchain if you take room with breakfast you have to go in another hotel to take breakfast

Don't deserve a star really. Before coming I saw the reviews but when I have experienced it so the reviews were came true and pathetic location, pool water was smelling, no management whatsoever, every time we have to call the receptionist to clean the room otherwise if we didn't inform them. Average rooms no lifts, breakfast and dinner is also okay, no proper management there, no plates sometimes if more people arrive at it. There should be a serious concern raised against it and also folks please do think and visit this place. But one good thing happened was the staff were really helpful once we informed them they did the cleaning of the room properly.

I had a nice experience in the Candolim hideout resort. The staff was good and supportive. Breakfast was arranged at a nearby hotel. Breakfast was good. The rooms were spacious. Candolim Beach was 1.5 km away from the Candolim Hideout Resort. They have a Swimming pool. But that was not in proper condition. Anyway my experience was good in the Candolim hideout resort. YOU CAN TRY THIS RESORT. CHEAP N BEST.

Actually this is not a hotel. It is just like many rooms are constructed at one place with attached washrooms only. There is no cleanliness and rooms are so smelly. You will get the black fungus on the wall tiles in the washroom. Their staff is so rude, they are not at all ready to accept the reality of their property. We had a booking through our agent, and we already arrived 1 hour late for check in but their room was not ready. At every point they were like give us sometime to make it clean and dirty washrooms as well. The condition was so bad that we had to leave and searched for another hotel and booked to stay. The photographs they have shared are completely different in reality. It seems like a chaaul. I would suggest you to give a second thought and go through its all reviews once, if your agent is booking this property for you specially when you are going with your family. Such a bad experience and dirty property serving by very unprofessional staff.

I visited goa in january 2024 , and stay here about 3 days, Service is ok and resort loacation is very near to all beaches in north goa, y it would be better if they will start any restautant or food facility in inner area of resort, rest facilities are nice.i can recommend person sure,

Worst stay I've had so far. The walls are patchy and the washrooms are very untidy. In my 2 days of stay at their place we almost shifted two rooms, one of our friends luggage was locked for one whole day we went to the beach and then when we came back our luggage was locked and we had to stay in the same clothes the entire day and only later in the night they could arrange someone to fix the lock and the very next day my parent's luggage was locked inside and just when we thought it couldn't get worse their motor had some issues and there was no water mid-bath. The staff was not only unresponsive but also extremely rude and unprofessional. Even if it's the worst case scenario please be extremely safe with your locks and don't let small kids stay in the room alone.

pathetic service, intercom, TV didn't work during the entire stay, they don't even provide basic cutlery, dental kit in the room . food is so bad that all their stuff tastes the same and after eating it u will start feeling uneasy. wifi didn't work during the entire stay. overall a very bad experience .
