Sage Private Pool Penthouse by Incred Stays

Overall stay was ok. None of the beds of rooms are good. Whole night we were unable to sleep due to noise of bed. Disappointed by the food menu kept in villa, the prices mentioned are wrong they will charge you extra 100 Rs from the rate mentioned in the card. Its like giving commission to the Caretakers. The place is beautiful, aesthetic. Room maintenance needed.

***TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE*** Heavily misguided by the pictures. Paid a huge amount well in advance, but due to last minute emergency, we wanted to cancel. But the owner did not want to return the advance, which is the first red flag. Once entering the villa, we found it to be in a very bad condition. Dead cockroaches, stained bed sheets, broken bed, and not at all maintained bathrooms. There's no hot water either. The caretaker Sanjay tried his best, but there's nothing much he could do. It's all the fault of the owner, who is not willing to answer calls or take any responsibility. The villa is not worth the price, have stayed in much much better places for the same price. Be careful future guests!

Absolute trash. Very very bad experience. The place had dead cockroaches lying in the hall and below the bed, a group of ants playing around in the bathtub, and tons of dust. A double bed is supposed to be for 2 people right? When 2 people were sleeping on it, I was literally scared it was gonna break. Terrible beds. We had to call the person who manages the house and tell him to deep clean everything. NOT WORTH IT AT ALL. Better go to a five-star hotel with the price these people are asking. One of the worst stays in North Goa.

"DO NOT STAY HERE " This is one of the worst place to live in. Everything that's shown in the picture is not at the location. The rooms are dirty, the bed is dirty the bathrooms are the worst. Nothing is good. It was one of the worst places I had to live in as the host didn't wanna return the money and kept cutting calls.

We had booked 2 properties with them and both were amazing and value for money. Enjoyed a lot, thanks to Prateek for all the help.

Beautiful villa in Saligao, part of a gated society which is very well maintained. Nice sized common pool. Mr Sanjay and his team are very helpful and always available.

Really loved the place . Rooms were clean and the staff was help full Will surely visit again .

Good location and view, it was a fun experience for us, will book again, parking for 1 vehicle there
