Palolem Inn Goa

Run away! Picture and reality are not the same!!! we arrived to the hotel, they asked us to pay before we even got to the room. we said we will pay after. best decision ever. The hotel room was in such a bad shape. 1. the smell of smoking in the room was just unbearable. 2. The balcony was a hand long distance from the building across. and there was a person there just looking at us. then we discovered we cant lock that door even. which is unsafe and the general vibe of the place is unsettling. 3. The room was in a very bad condition. 4. bathroom - dont want to get started. 5. bed shits had hair on it 6. The safe in the room can't be locked. As one of us discovered how bad the room was the second went to check the place and to see the pool. That pool condition. Water in a color you would not put any live Thing in it. They are so murcy and everything around it is just in rumble. We took our things and just left the place. Longest 15 minutes. Didn't feel safe at all.

Overall, it was an excellent experience with great service. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and we truly enjoyed our stay. Keep up the good work!

Overall the Hotel is excellent ... good location and the staff is excellent ... very helpful very courteous... willingness to serve is always there... food needs to be better ...

Palolem Inn is run by superb staff, extremely helpful and friendly. They make it feel like a home from home, especially Ronnie and Surad. When you arrive, the rooms are clean and air-conditioned. This is not 5* luxury, but the value for money is without question. If your room needs cleaning after a day on the beach, ask for it. Bottom line, this is India and this is not an expensive place. On a day or two the WiFi may not be brilliant or the hot water may be lukewarm. But hey, if you're having an adventure, this is as comfortable an adventure as you could wish for, in a great place with brilliant staff. Thank you, I'll be back!

Best place for stay in palolem I stayed here with my family it is staff is so kind most spacious room for family sweeming pool is good option in this property I enjoyed very much they have nice music is pool aria and nice cocktails room is very clean with all facility hope to come again soon

Pros - - Location is walkable from beach and near restaurants/shops, on main road. - Cooperative staff. Cons - - Old property (the photos shown in google are older), and not maintained well. - Furniture, beds, bedsheets, pillow, linens everything is too old and in bad condition.

Not sure how genuine these reviews are, but please don't get fooled. This place had dirty bathrooms and linen. Cups and mugs were broken. Not much of a swimmer, but the sight of the dirty swimming pool was just a put-off. Great location - only a few mins away from the beach
