I Highly recommend all this resort located in the centre of Palolem..... Reasonable Rates Great quality and service.

Waking distance from the beach. Clean towels and bathrooms. Clean linen. Reasonably priced.

Rooms are spacious and well maintained. Toilets was clean and so was the linen. Location close to Palolem beach. Mr. Ganguli is a friendly person and a good guide. Issue is with not providing breakfast & one has to walk to nearby restaurant on a vacation. Also, getting tea is what was missed ?? Location is adjacent to greenery all around and a wildlife photographers delight to capture species of birds.

This was a very good place to stay in South Goa, highly recommend it. Sanjay ji, the owner, is very helpful and makes every effort to make the stay as hospitable as possible. They have a small pool where kids can have fun, and is real close to the beach as well. Rooms are large and spacious. Overall, a real good place to stay in South Goa.

One of the best accommodation at Palolem.. spacious, clean and well maintained rooms with reasonable price. Has got a small pool also.. Walkable distance for beach, shopping and restaurants.. Property Manager Ganguly Ji was very supportive and they property is well maintained under his supervision...
