Feather Touch Hostels & Resort - A Great Stay Near Palolem Beach! Feather Touch Hostels & Resort in South Goa is a great place to stay, just a 5-minute walk from the beautiful Palolem Beach. The rooms are comfortable, the service is excellent, and the overall vibe is relaxing. I stayed here for 2 days and had a wonderful experience. However, it would be great to keep mosquito killers like All-Out or Good Knight for added comfort. Highly recommended for a peaceful and budget-friendly stay!

This place is a quiet, serene haven seeming like it's far away from the more crowded areas of Palolem Beach, but also just a quick 2-3 min walk from the beach. We booked the family cottage for 4 adults and 2 kids under 5 yrs of age and the area was spacious with a living room, 2 bedrooms, had a bathtub in a huge bathroom, a picturesque balcony to sip your morning coffee in, extremely comfortable beds etc. The complimentary breakfast is simple, but healthy and tasty. The staff was very friendly, helpful and cooperative. Overall, the experience was amazing and nothing really to complain about unless you're a prima donna expecting 5-star luxuries at 3-star prices

The Location is not bad, it's not in the middle of the tourist hotspot but for what it is very overpriced. If you want to shower hot, one needs to use a bucket because there is not enough pressure for the shower. I also couldn't find a number for the room service. The dogs are cute, but bark at night and we had parting till morning neighbors. Breakfast is north indian but decent. The deluxe room is definitely not deluxe. The structure of the hut we had felt like it's a makeshift place.

I recently had the misfortune of staying at Feather Touch, and I must say it was a thoroughly disappointing experience. Firstly, the hotel is located in a very isolated area, far from the city center. The only way to get around is by taxi or private car, which can be expensive. The rooms were spacious, but that's where the positives end. The hotel suffered from frequent electricity outages, which made our stay even more uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the hotel did not provide any backup power source, leaving us in the dark for hours. The biggest letdown, however, was the complete lack of service. The staff seemed uninterested and unresponsive to our needs. To top it all off, the hotel was extremely expensive, considering the subpar amenities and service. Overall, I would not recommend to anyone. Precious location! The rooms are ok. The atmosphere there is magical, surrounded by nature! And with an accessibility to the beach from the hotel, like 3 minutes walking.

Pros: bed is super comfortable and the view is tranquil from the room/balcony. Cons: staff is not very professional and was uncomfortable especially at the restaurant. Almost everything was rusted and stained in the room. The bedsheet was full of sand when we went to lay down at night. I had to clean it out myself and even then it was still sandy. And the linens were super stained and even had a booger on the pillow. The back of the bed is a moldy unsightly view. The whole bathroom is tilted, has a tree going through it (from the outside) and makes a lot of creaking sounds. Shower-head water pressure was so weak and temperature control is impossible. Sink faucet so oddly angled impossibly to wash and around toilet is gross. Bathroom door hard to lock. There's a lot of trash around too. U can hear neighbors clearly from in the room.

I had a very disappointing experience at this resort. The room and facilities were extremely poor, especially considering the high cost. There were no basic amenities provided, and the quality was far below expectations. The lack of signboards made it very difficult to locate the resort. To make matters worse, the staff was unhelpful and unaccommodating, and no food was available during the day. Overall, it was a terrible experience, and I would not recommend this resort to anyone.

Good resort, best location, nice service. Suggest to keep more choices of breakfast in Indian menu. Also need some indication/markers to reach reception, exit and beach entry during night time as there is low light and moving around from corner cottages becomes confusing at times.
