Very good resort nice behaviour owner and staff near by Calangute beach

We were group of 8 and we took two rooms with triple bed. This place is very near to Calangute beach. Just 3 min walk. All shops are near by. Terrace pool was clean and maintained well. Dining area is also available in the terrace. You can order food in their own restaurant or you can buy from outside as well. Staff behavior is also good. Rooms were clean and neat. Car parking is available. Price was nominal. We visited in March which is not a peak season. Altogether we had a pleased stay foe 3 days. I recommend this stay for friends as family stay.

I have visited first time in this hotel in Jan 2023 with my family. I am very satisfied with hotel services and it's fits in our budget although this is 3 star hotel but services is like a 5 star. Staff is very decent and helpful. Very near to Calangute beach (10 min walk). I love the terrace, it's very suitable for party and drinking.

Room and service was not good. Room seems very Old with no active TV, no proper cleaning and and water leakage in washroom. Only AC FAn and Bed and 1 almera thats it. You have to tell them many times for cleaning. Pool is just to show off its ok only. Only good point is location is Prime. Calangude beach is just 500 m . And 10 min walk.

I don't prefer this hotel...It's not a resort it's a hotel...The rooms are very dirty..Their AC vents are very old and they will leaks straight into ur room...They don't have hot water supply for taking bath...Taps of the bathroom are broken..They did not tell us all these while booking room...We literally changed 3 rooms in a day... Construction is going on so the entire building looks very shady...For such high price one will get actual good resort only... Don't fall for the photos, they have uploaded the photos when building was built...Not the actual photos of room now...The room service is also okay okay types..I highly don't recommend this hotel

Pathetic place. AC's dnt work. Zero cleanliness. Cockroaches in the room. Expect fights in midnight due to drunken crowd. You are with family or couple.. stay away from this place. Bed sucks, kitchen stinks. It can ruin your vacation.

Bad experience. No proper ventilation. Hot water issue. Tv are not in working condition. AC also not working properly.
