THE ENCHANTING NEST

I had booked "The Enchanting nest" for 1 month and my stay was very comfortable. The room was well maintained with all necessary facilities. Mrs. Vinda ji is very nice and kind host. "Highly recommend"

The name says it all! Yes :) The Enchanting Nest feels so much like a home in the midst of a sprawling and beautifully maintained green estate, below the foothills of a mountain. It felt like staying in an ancestral home away from the hustle and bustle of city life. Our 4-days stay earlier this month was indeed enchanting. Tucked in this quaint Borim village, the Nest is strategically located in close proximity to some of the most beautiful temples of Goa. That's what we wanted to see, that's exactly what we managed to do over 4 packed days. Every morning, we'd wake up listening to chirping birds and enjoyed early morning walks in the dew-laced garden filled with swarms of butterflies all around. Mrs & Mr. Borkar were perfect hosts; warm & ever helpful to make our stay comfortable. The AC room with private access was very spacious, with a well equipped pantry, MW oven refrigerator, et al. The house keeping was also excellent. Since we didn't want to use the pantry, Mrs. Borkar shared pointed us to a close by restaurant that serves freshly made veg bfast and meals. That worked out perrrfect for us. All in all, it felt like staying at your own country home :). We have plans to visit Goa again to cover more attractions. We'd certainly look at staying again at The Enchanting Nest.

It feels like my second home in goa now. Staying at the enchanting nest is none less than a homely experience. The cleanliness, service etc has always been their prime priority and they always made me feel like home. Would always cherish my days spent at the enchanting nest.

This place takes you to the serenity of Goa. The morning birds, butterflies, cashue-mango orchards with organic greenary of tropical Goa. It's geographically centrally located, you can reach anywhere in Goa in about the same time. They're organically connected to the local community, bringing home the best Govan cuisine to your doorstep. Nitin and Vinda are great hosts, with illustrious backgrounds. Talking to them is the best part of the whole experience. Don't miss it.

I stayed for 2 Nights and wished it could've been more. I can only add onto what the other reviews already make clear. It really is a special little place. I did not lack for any comfort and the experience was made even better by the exceptional hospitality of the hosts. I had a very relaxing time both on the premises and the surrounding area. But then again, having had more time I'm certain there would've been plenty more to explore. It is a little piece of paradise as far as I'm concerned. And if you need a place to retret and unwind, this is it. Very grateful for my time there and all the assistance and kindness I received

We recently had the pleasure of staying at The Enchanting Nest in Goa. We needed a place to rest between our flights on the same day, and overall, it was a delightful experience! Vinda, the owner, was incredibly accommodating, helping us arrange taxi services with Sandip, who was friendly, reliable, and very punctual each time. Vinda was also flexible with our check-in times, accommodating both early and late check-in and check-outs. One of the highlights of our stay was Vinda's warm hospitality--we had very good contact with her via WhatsApp from the point of booking to the day of arrival. Vinda and her husband were lovely and even invited us on a mini trip around town, which was a fantastic way to explore the local culture. During our visit, we also got to experience the vibrant Ganesha celebrations and enjoyed a lovely meet-up at a nearby temple. We had nice walks around the property and loved the peaceful greenery surrounding the house, along with the beautiful, relaxing sounds of nature--birds (including hummingbirds), butterflies, and even monkeys. The spacious room provided a comfortable rest, making our short stay feel relaxing. It was good value for the price, especially considering the cost was much lower than other hotels in the area. Full size fridge, fully equipped kitchen & utensils, laundry drying rack ware available for us. We agreed with Vinda to have local Indian full-board meals included in our stay, as we didn't want to think too much or wait long for food. The portions were just okay. (Another option is to order food via a mobile app. We used these apps later at a different stay--the portions were much bigger and more filling up.) Its a perfect spot for a stay and rest between flights. Overall, if you're looking for a cosy, budget-friendly place to stop in Goa, The Enchanting Nest is absolutely worth considering! It Great Value for price!

We had a great night at this place. The garden is beautiful and the host was super nice. Overall a very good location.
