Seascape villa

This villa is located at very near to Bogmalo beach. It has four rooms, kitchen, bathrooms, dining space and even washing machine, microwave oven, pressing iron everything that you can expect in a homestay. Only thing the house is old. So you'll spot one or two insects here and there. The owner is one of the most humble person I have ever come across. But, the caretaker person, Naresh, he had given us the worst experience in Goa trip. We were 3 families with a 1.5 years old infant. One fine evening after coming back from beach we find our rooms are infested with flying ants. We asked help from the caretaker and he suggested to sit outside for sometime turning off all the lights. We were out side from 6 to 8. Around 8:30 our infant started to cry as she needed to be fed. We asked Naresh for help and he statred yelling at us stating that we are doing drama. We yelled too and it was a plain and simple "Bawal". Later one of our friends called the owner and he came all the way from his home and helped us with some insects repellent spray and later that person cleaned the kitchen also. It was 10 o'clock when finally everything was cleared and we managed to have dinner. We have seen the rating and the reviews before booking any property, as we are avid travellers and we don't mind adjusting a few things here and there. But in this particular case, don't know what mistakes we did asking for help from the caretaker, that the whole pleasant trip turned out to be a disaster. I'm stating again, the villa is very good and owner also is very helpful. May be it was misfortune that we faced all of these.

A very good experience. Had book the villa for 13 people during December season. Great value for money and is located just at the Bogmalo beach. Surrounding is quite and serene. Would really recommend to stay here if you're looking for a budget stay at a prime location. Also near from NH. (3KM) Ample of car parking space (we parked 3 of our cars with no cramped space)

This is a nice cute cottage in an old building, probably from the 1700s, where the ancestors of the host lived. The building is brightly painted, and the rooms are adequately furnished. The entire space is maintained very clean. There is some common space for sitting, dining, a washing machine and a kitchen. But, what we loved the most about the guest house is the open space around the building and a porch (common area), where you can relax. On the flip-side, being too close to the beach, the surroundings are not so appealing, for which we cannot blame the host. The caretaker Naresh has been quite helpful, though not very forthcoming. He prepared a wholesome breakfast. As we were only two of us, it was not possible for him to provide a home-cooked dinner that we were very much looking for. However, there are quite a few good restaurant options within 5 - 10 minutes of walk.

This is a hidden gem just few meters away from Bogmallo beach. We were a family and friends of 8 members and a pet. Seascape villa is a like dream house with so much space for children and pet to run around. All the bedrooms had AC, kitchen fully equipped with very good vessels. The sit out has the old Portuguese charm where we had our morning tea, everything about the house actually reminded me of my childhood at my grandparent's house in Kerala. We all loved it.. The beach is so close, we couldn't have found a more perfect place for a family vacation.. We will surely return back for a longer stay Andre. An old home, with 4 bedrooms,we were a family of 10, a mix of all age groups. We had a comfortable stay in the villa. It is really close to the beach, a stone throw away. An adequately equipped kitchen.

What a wonderful place to stay in goa. Walking distance to a kind of private island beach at 50 metres only. Awesome view and the roads nearby gives you pleasant view of greenery both the sides. The owner andre and the caretaker both are friendly and responsive. We had issue with air conditioner which was resolved within few hours. The place can accommodate 12-14 people so its really good and with veg food option available but on extra pay. It taste good so no worries about food and stay. Highly recommend this as affordable

This is a beautiful villa few meters from bogmalo beach. This place is very cozy and spacious, neat and clean with all the modern amenities. Fully equipped kitchen. Lot of shops and restaurants nearby. The host Andre is a wonderful person who make sure your stay is comfortable and safe. We loved this place and for sure will visit again with whole family.
