Noel Guest House

This was my second time stay there. The owner is very good, he helps whatever you asks. The location is nearby Dabolim Railway Station (~2-3km). This is good for people who like less crowded beaches. The price is also good. I would recommend this for family, friends, couples and solo travellers.

This Was My First Time in Goa and also in Noels guest house and i Experienced the Owner Was Very Humble and Helpfull, I couldn't Understand How To visit the Places of Goa as this was my first time, The Owner helped a lot and The Service of Rooms was Quite Satisfactory. Great little guest house near Goa airport and Bogmalo Beach The room was spacious and clean as a whistle. I had the top suite which had it's own private little balcony. AC was fine and the only fault was the hot water was a little hit and miss, but it was summer and not required! The WiFi had a few issues as well but nothing major. Rod the owner was a true gentleman. He helped me out with organising a motorbike at a good price, told me the best place to exchange my money and looked after my backpack while I took off for 10 days exploring the south coast. The guest house is walking distance from Bogmalo beach and shops and cafes. I would highly recommend using this place if it's for a night or two, or for a week. Thanks Rod I will be back again

Pretty little stay nearby bogmalo beach. It will take approximately 20 min from Dabolim Airport. The room was spacious and cozy but the blankets they provided were kinda smelly. But the owners are very cool. We arrived very late somewhere around 2 am but they didnt ask for any payment just escorted us to our room which was ready We didnt use the blankets. Bogmalo beach is a 5 min walk. Heart Lake is 10 min bike drive and a 10 min trek. Dont miss it.

My wife and I decided to stay here for a day after reading the reviews. The owners are the most loving and helpful people. We were injured so they helped us with our luggage and provided us with whatever we asked them. They even booked a taxi for us. This property is beautiful and is located extremely close to the airport and walking distance from the beach. The area is peaceful and not crowded at all. Perfect for a staycation or even a stop over. We can't wait to come back here and stay for much longer. Lots of love

Very good place to stay. Clean and spacious rooms in a very convenient location. 5 minutes walking from the beach. Local bus stand is 1 minute walking distance from the structure and buses are running every 15 minutes to Dabolim, Vasco da Gama... Rodrigues, the owner is very kind and helpful and his son runs the in house bakery. We went there with the idea of staying only a couple of nights and move somewhere else though we ended up staying longer. Totally recommended

Noel is a very good Host. The location is close to the Naval aviation museum. The rooms are neat and clean. They have ample parking for 2-3 cars. Only drawback is they don't provide WiFi. Had a very pleasant stay here.

The owner of the place and his wife live downstairs, and very nice, helpful and accommodating. They make you feel at home and give you helpful advice. |Ten minute walk to the beautiful beach, and close to airport. Several small shops, and nice restaurants nearby. Right opposite the Bogmalo church. Quite area so you can sleep at night and don't get disturbed by the partying by the beach. |The non-ac room is not the best. Noisy since it faces the street. Difficult entrance to the room; you have to walk sideways! The size of the room is ok. Fixtures are a bit old. Upon my request, he kindly provided me with an electric hot water kettle. |It can be improved with a few upgrades...place to hang towel and small shelf to place toiletries in the bathroom, clean table cloth, more coat-hangers in the closet, paint the door trim on the inside and electric hot-water kettle. |He is constructing two more rooms on the upper floor which should be up to par. |Overall for the price and convenience, it is not too bad. Get the AC room that does not face the street.
