I booked a 2 BHK pent house and a 3 BHK villa, found the pent house to be more experiential and spacious. The villa has a good pool view and can accommodate more people (simply because it has more rooms). The property has an olympic size shared pool, is in a gated community, well maintained & manicured, staff is prompt and delivers exemplary service. You should experience this property if you are in South Goa.
