It had AC, hot water showers and clean bathrooms One should bring necessary things that they want like toiletries. Owner and another guy Cipriano was also sweet and approachable. Only feedback would be provide Blanket or bedsheets as we were 3 people,one was not enough and another feedback would be to provide broomstick so we can atleast sweep floor since room got dirty due to sand footprints from beach sand. Overall good experience. Highly recommend to anyone looking affordable budget friendly family rooms near beach.

A simple and scenic place to stay. Although the room interiors are not looking too luxurious, it had what it should have. The room had a big bed without AC and the price I paid for it was totally worth it. The owner Costello is a cool guy.He guided me about the things to explore in Goa and also allowed me to extend my stay with minimal charges. The beach and restaurants are too close and the area is extremely quiet so you can hear only the sounds of waves.

Nothing fancy, but well maintained shacks right by the beach. Good service by the owner and the staff. However, unfortunately the shower only has freezing cold water available and the room really needs a pair of curtains covering the windows. Even if there was a little rail by it that i could've hung my towel over to block the light would've sufficed.

Perfect option if you want something extremely in budget and at walkable distance from the beach. Humble rooms with basic amenities provided. The owner is friendly and will accommodate early check in based on availability. Cons: no toiletries provided. Also no drinking water on property. We had to buy water bottles and rely on the beach shacks selling water bottles for double the amount.

Great location if you're looking for less crowds. Although there is still the sounds of thumping music late into the night. No wifi in or near the rooms, only at the nearby beach restaurant, but 4g coverage is good in this area. No drinking water offered ( I thought this was law now) Cute little huts on the sand but they're back from the beach, not with any view. There are mosquito nets over the beds but don't be fooled, these do not stop the mosquitoes getting in, they actually hold the mosquitoes inside and you get eaten alive, even if you get all the mosquitoes out of your net, you wake up and they're all inside again. Very very uncomfortable mattresses, woke up with a stiff back everyday. Imagine the pillows to be like a pillow case filled with 50 chunks of wool. There is some animal that steals my soap from the bathroom every day and I replace it to be taken again. Good instant hot water. English toilet and toilet paper was supplied. Bike parking is on sand and it's pretty tough to get a bigger bike in and out. In this area accommodation was very expensive so this was the best priced option but I think it's overpriced, you should still get a comfortable nights sleeps without being eaten by mosquitoes for 1000r.

It's probably the best value for money I have seen in Goa. The location is really good, right next to the beach, but hidden enough to have your own peace during the day. During the night however, it can get really loud (the bars in the area like to blast music late in the night). The non-AC rooms are made out of plywood, hence why they have no sound isolation, and no mosquito protection. Bed mosquito nets are provided, and can save you somewhat. The host is really helpful and attentive. For 1000rs, the non-AC room is amazing, and I truly recommend it!

I like this place very much. Territory is very clean with white send. I rented ac hut and it was very clean everything new inside. Clean toilet. Big fridge and closet that you can lock. Bed and pillows was comfortable. Ac working fine. In front there is a super good beach shake. They have beautiful wood furniture with super cozy pillows. I've never seen any beach shake made up so well and comfortable. Cocktails there is just amazing and it's not a common thing in Goa especially in beach shakes. The owner of the place is super nice and friendly. I will definitely stay here many more times. And the beach here is perfect not overcrowded. Perfect for swim chill and relax all day

Awesome cheap huts right next to to beach. Really basic but that was all we needed. Perfect for backpackers on budget. Don't expect any luxury the place is really basic. Owner is nice and friendly.
