The overall experience was nice. The location of the villa was good, close to Madgaon station, and the rooms were clean. The staff was also very cooperative. There were a few issues (though they did inform us about these rules at the time of booking). The pool is only open from 9:30 AM to 9:00 PM, so you can't enjoy it at night. Also, you're expected to return to the villa before 11:00 PM, which can be inconvenient if you want to go out for liquor or just enjoy late-night outings. At one point, we slightly moved a table while eating, and the owner noticed through the camera and instructed the staff to warn us -- which felt a bit unnecessary for something so minor. Overall, the place is nice and quiet. I would highly recommend it if you're on a family trip. But if you're traveling with friends and looking to enjoy late-night activities, you might want to consider a different place.

From the moment I arrived, I could feel the calm atmosphere surrounding the entire property. The ambiance was truly exceptional--relaxing and serene. The environment was perfect for a tranquil getaway. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat with great attention to detail in creating a relaxing atmosphere.

Worst experience ever Swimming pool was occupied by kids from morning 10 Am to 12 Pm and afternoon from 2 to 6 PM, due to swimming classes. Rooms were clean but housekeeping was worst, even drinking water was paid , Maaza was given in cups as a welcome drink. Gate was closed at sharp 10 PM and we had to call multiple times to the housekeeping for opening the gate No food options were asked. Highly overpriced property located in a secluded location in a village. Owner had a side business of swimming classes which prevented guests to access the pool.

We stayed at this delightful boutique property in a quiet nook of Benaulim village. The room has the basics ticked off. The twin queen beds we had were super comfortable and we enjoyed restful sleep on the four nights we were booked. The aircon was super effective and kept us cool. The staff here (Ganesh and Baban) are very polite. They are very attentive and service oriented. They manage the check in, the breakfast, pool side , as well as gardens and landscaping. The pool was adequate for our needs(splashing and frolicking!!). The grounds are neat and well maintained with CCTV in the public areas to ensure guest security. Breakfast is announced at around 8am and is quite a decent spread. There is a limited snack menu where one can order tea, coffee, French fries and other titbits. Travel within Goa must be pre arranged, so we sorted this out with the hotel staff. All in all a lovely experience. We'll be back here soon!!

Beautiful villa set in lovely grounds, which felt like a home away from home. We were well looked after by everyone at Casa de Alnena.|We walked to the beach along the road, although some guests might not be able to manage that. There are plenty of autos along the main road.

Staff has very kindly and helpfull nature. All over experience is good. Bus stand 1-2 km and benaulium beach 4-5 km away from the resort.

They say you can use pool, but they have swimming classes during the entire time, so technically you can't use the pool. Gates are closed early in night so you have to stay out and wait for some time before the gates are opened. Edit - No clue who they are referring to but we for sure didn't order anything or requested anything from your kitchen And the pool was still being used for swimming practice till 4, and I have no idea where it was even written that they are providing swimming practice on the booking website. They say we had acknowledged it, no info for this on the booking website, and no info while we checked in and even if we wanted to change due this issue, there would be no refund. Hospitality was good no question but the rest is questionable considering the person replying is making up fake information to show that the person giving review is in the wrong.

Love the place enjoy the whole day and night only thing will are not allowed to do BBQ and some other kitchen festivities like the microwave is not working
