The Bastora House

Bastora House was unlike any other place that I have stayed in Goa. An old Portuguese home, beautifully restored and renovated with additional rooms. The new blending with the old giving a wonderful quaint atmosphere to be enjoyed. The rooms are large and spacious. The staff very courteous and enthusiastic. The picturesque setting amidst winding roads, thick green foliage and magnificent palm trees added to the charm. A lovely, not to be forgotten holiday.

Had an amazing stay. The rooms were very beautiful and comfortable and the staff was very courteous. The main highlight was the flora, exotic flowers adding to the charm. It made for a very relaxing and refreshing getaway!

The villa is really pretty, it's got two sections one is the newly built one and the other is a 125 year old Portuguese house with 2 rooms. The staff is warm and helpful and cordial. We did face few issues like running motor sound throughout the night and one broken lock of a room but that was fixed the minute we asked them to. The complaints were received and resolved very efficiently. Location wise they are a little far away from all the places you would go to eat/party and all but other than that would highly recommend. Moreover I left one of my bracelets there they found it and couriered it back to me.

In the midst of a lush green space dotted with a variety of fauna and flora, this quaint place of 7 bedrooms is an experience anyone would die for. once an old crumbling Portugese villa renovated into a modern one with all the old world amenities thrown in. The best part was that one was away from all the media, no TV, No paper so that one could just soak in the peace in one's soul. I saw a Goa which I would never have seen or thought ever existed. Our favourite place was the sit out where the whole group spent most of the time under the constant pitter patter of rain, singing, eating, playing and dancing. What struck me most was the cleanliness of the place, kitchen, Bathrooms, and rooms were all spick and span. The staff was very polite and helpful. The most delightful part for me was the sound of the rain bird waking me up at 5a.m. with its Coo, Coo, Coo, Coo. A never to be forgotten 4 days in the lap of this peace, it has permeated into my very being. Thank you Bastora House I saw

Pathetic service. There is fungus growing in the rooms. They don't care about customer service. There are no towels in the room. They have be told 2-3 times for towels. Cleanliness is not at all there. Rooms don't close. Lockers dont work. The staff doesnt know how to operate kitchen appliances. The photo of chili cheese toast made by the team. We asked for parathas for flight in morning but they were not made and when asked they are just saying our apologies and nothing done after that. Dont stay at isprava.

Beautiful old villa that has been modernised. Extremely courteous & helpful staff. Swimming pool & jacuzzi on the property. Spacious & well appointed rooms. Best to be taken with a large group or multiple families on a holiday.

Had most beautiful time .place was neat n clean... beautiful rooms . Staff was excellent.neeraj made lovely breakfast for us .
