Extremely Disappointing Experience - Stay Away! I booked Palette Baga Near Titos Lane through Booking.com, but my experience was absolutely terrible. Upon arrival, the room conditions were far below expectations--dirty, poorly maintained, and not at all as described on the website. Due to this, I immediately canceled my booking through Booking.com, which clearly stated that I was eligible for a 100% refund under their cancellation policy. However, despite multiple follow-ups with both OYO Hotels and Booking.com, my refund has not been processed till now. Booking.com refuses to take responsibility and keeps redirecting me to OYO. OYO has been extremely unhelpful and denied my refund, claiming that Booking.com never escalated the issue. Customer service from both companies is terrible--no proper response, no accountability, just unnecessary delays. I have now escalated this issue to consumerhelpline.gov.in due to the fraudulent practices and lack of customer support from both parties. I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND this hotel. They mislead customers with false promises and poor service. The worst hotel I have come across. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone. They have the worst rooms and the worst service. The switches are broken, no mats, no hot water, no mug, no bucket, in fact the shower kit is broken. For water bottles, we need to pay separately even for the customer visiting for the first time its not even complimentary. Public toilet commode is for better than compared to this hotel commode. The room service guys are the worst don't even have the basic knowledge of cleanliness and how to treat the guest. Even for the towels I had to inform them . The room service guy was giving a dirty bucket for bathing without thinking once. I suggest the owner of this u better shut down your property with is not even worth to give a rating .

The rooms are good here but more than the rooms are the services. The people are prompt. I would suggest to invest in the infra a little bit more than it is right now. It would attract more people. The only complaint I have is the sink that leaked water and the hotel people tried to resolve it but there was no involvement from OYO. Other than that the stay was pleasent.

It is a horrible hotel. Too bad. Booked for 3 nights. But, i could stay only for one night. It was that horrible. The AC was making horrible sound all night. Bathrooms and rooms are not in good condition. The images displayed are old.

We took a delux room and the room condition is not good. Fan regulator is damaged and few damaged switch boards. We brought dinner from outside and asked for 2 plates and spoons and they brought a horrible smelling plate where the oil is still visible on it. And we asked for room service as room is not cleaned after one day of stay and they said for room service we need to inform them. It is not worth paying 2300 per day for this stay.

Room was very much old, dirty, full with insects and cockroaches and services were really bad. Also no bath tub . Broken wardrobe, no connection in TV, dirty bed too. It was my 3rd time in Goa but booking palette baga was the worst experience ever. There are almost all the areas that needs to be upgraded for satisfactory service. I would not recommend this hotel if you are coming specially with family.

The room was not clean especially toilets. Found big rats playing at lobby. The hotel restaurant is under maintenance however, booking.com site is providing rooms with breakfast. The hotel is near to Titto's lane. One can enjoy night life. Hotel internet was not working in the room. Hotel management says we can't fix this issue. Added few entrance photos for reference. It's operated by oyo (as on 2024 dec) and they have clearly showcased how not to maintain. I being not a regular complaint box kind of guy, have so many issues 1. Basics were missing - no mat a old dirty cloth was the mat. 2. They won't change the bed sheet and towel at all - you are given one set and you have to use it till you leave. 3. They themselves don't know if you have opted for breakfast or not, daily morning you have to spend some energy to explain him. 4. If you are planning to come here with family just stay in your home, the stay here alone can set you off.
