We visited this place on 27th April 2025 we had booked this place for 3 days our room no was 101 Best part of this place is near to baga beach 5 minutes walking distance This place is an appartment not a hotel you can book for stay only not inhouse hotel available for all meals Rooms were clean and had pleasant stay for three days with Ac & Wifi facility Will visit again if has a chance to visit north goa again

Location is nearby to the beach just walking distance of 5 mins. Rooms are clean and well maintained. This is very good hotel with low budget. Much recommended.

Great location if u r party people and also desire for a peaceful stay.Staff are very friendly and professional. I would totally recommend if u r on a girls trip in view of safety without any compromise on fun. Stay was very comfortable and they try their best to do the fullest for room services. Just a 3 min walk to the beach and totally happening place to spend a new yr .
