Rooms are quite good Service is so so Location is very close to baga beach Rooms are clean but have a foul smell that turned our mood down The pool was good we had fun there The hotel was under maintenance so no crowd was seen there. Still it costs 3000 for a single room for 3 person Overall it's not worth paying such an amount for this kind of service and room.

Good rooms and nice hotel, breakfast served was also tasty and had a lot of variety. The location is great, right in the centre of north Goa. Most good clubs and sundowner places are max 20 mins away.

If you want to spoil your stay in Goa. Ancora is the best . It deserves one star only for it's location in Tito's lane nothing else. Filthy bathrooms,rooms not well maintained, Few staffs are good few are not. Been to other hotels,none were this bad. Had a very bad experience..and the lady manager is very rude.!

PATHETIC... PATHETIC... PATHETIC in every aspect. If you don't wish to spoil your holiday, your mood, your peace of mind then please ignore this place like it doesn't exist. The only thing which is good here is that it is located in Tito's lane That's IT. After this there is nothing good, Rooms are dirty like they were cleaned last at the opening of this place, Bed sheets are filled with dust, stains and odour oh my god i just don't want to remember it... Light and water will play cats and dogs with you. I made THE biggest mistake of my life by booking this hotel. I booked it 3 months in advanced by looking at the fake pictures they put in online and when I visited my world just turned up side down. They wont give refund, receptionist needs to learn some ethics and way of talking to people rather than making them feel that she's doing a huge favor on us for free. Trust the bad reviews post online about this if you don't want to regret later like i did. I just wanted my trip to end and leave that room ASAP, you can imagine how bad experience i was having here. Please don't book this look for better options if you don't like to spend your time around a trash. Wish i could post the photos of their room to explain you guys how disgusting it is.

Terrible Experience. The photos shared by them during booking online and the current room condition doesnot match. They take 50% as advance by showing a fake photograph of the room.However, once we checked the room ourselves we found there was bad odour, washrooms were not clean and staff is not well behaved. Once we asked for refund they started abusing and then we had to call the police. All in all a pathetic experience. Please do not book this hotel even though its a few meters away from the beach. You can still find a better place at cheaper price than this.

Room located at best place.. Few steps to Baga Beach. Facilities available are limited. Like no WiFi even though advertised as its there. When we stayed there, fan and light were not working. Initially they said they'll give another room after few hours. Later they didn't. Room service is good. "Don't take bikes for rent from here". All the bikes were very old. Let it cost 100 more, take good bikes from some other location..

It's not a resort like the name suggest, it's more like a lodge, it's in one of the prime location of Goa. It's on the Tito's lane , there are many pubs and Cafe's close by and the best part is that the beach is really close. 10 min walk. The lane is really happening and crowded. The lodge was however not really great, the rooms were really old that you take 15 minutes to open the door. since it was raining the rooms were stinky. They also have only cold water, they do not have geysers. The sheets and blankets were really stinky and dirty, we asked them to change it, they said they will but even after multiple reminders they did not change the sheets. the phone and the TV in the room does not work. We did not have any other options hence we had to sleep on it, we just got red itchy bumps all over our body which stayed for 2 days. The location and price is all is good, they just need to improve on their service.

Horrible experience, have checked in today and they don't have towels, toiletries and basic room cleaning. Upon requesting continuously, they said laundry service is unavailable currently and they start avoiding. Better to stay away from this property, if you are falling for the location you are better off finding a good one nearby. Avoid it at all costs.
